Easy access to Cologne via the Metro ;Breakfast ;The staff ;The price.

Nowhere is it indicated that the spa area is closed ;The mattresses are not new and are sagging ;The window is not watertight ;There is no small refrigerator ;On the 2nd floor where we were staying, the ventilation/air conditioning is very/too noisy and can be heard from the room.

Good location in Cologne and easy to find. Great onsite parking ( charges apply). Allowed us to check in early which was very kind. The foyer was dressed for Christmas and it was fabulous. Very festive feel. The room was a good size, and the double bed was huge. Very modern bathroom and bedroom fixtures and fittings. We had a coffee machine, kettle and bottle of water in the room. Downstairs the foyer had complimentary sweet and savoury treats for free, as well as Gluwhein.

I loved slashing my toe open and almost getting sepsis from dirty shards of glass in their dirty bathroom of a so called junior suite and given fake information on how to get a refund

Everything, glass everywhere, ruined my holiday, couldn't walk and almost got sepsis( blood poisoning) from broken glass is the bathroom

It was clean and comfy! There is a bus station just next to the hotel. Staff was friendly. Parking lot is big enough

Sink drain was closed, I had to open it but it was a small inconvience.

We arrived by car and it was an easy access from the highway and a big parking lot in the back. The train station is only about 7 minutes walk from the hotel and its two stops to the central station. Very convenient with a Rewe grocery store next door. The room was spacious and clean. Reception served free Glühwein and christmas cookies.

Unfortunately the bar was closed during our stay due to staff issues.

It was more luxury then we expected for this prices range. Nothing crazy but very decent.

It was further away from the city then we originally expected and the German train system is very confusing and unreliable.

The hotel had no heating, it was 6-8 degrees outside, and the air conditioners in both rooms only turned on in cold mode. We had to ask for heaters and blankets. The room was not well furnished, there were no bedside tables. The location of the hotel is far from the center and transportation is not very convenient.

Good car park. Convenient for tram to Lanxess

No bar facilities during our stay. Bathroom needs renovating

Old dirty carpets in the room, old bathroom in a bad condition, two separate one person’s bed on wheels

Breakfast was good, location just a few mins walk from bus/tram. Also a local supermarket, bar and food outlets.

Close to dual carriageway.

Nice and clean. Thx to receptionist Julienne for helping out with my television. Nice candy bar in the lobby.

I was issued a room with a very dirty old carpet next to a very old elevator that has been making noise the whole night… so not a restful sleep when traveling for work…
