good WIFI, water was hot and strong,

parking was super difficult, At checkin I was promised a free coffee in the morning, but the breakfast person refused, only one bath towel.

Parisa, Bita, and the beautiful blonde one that I don't remember her name, but I do know how great customer service she is as well. They went beyond the call of duty.

The room was big.

There was no AC which made the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. No elevators and lots of stairs so it was very difficult bringing our luggage up and down the stairs. About a 15 minute walk from the city center. Expensive for what we got.

Some staff were not friendly. Room wasn’t cleaned one of the day. Breakfast was good. Location was good. No lift. Could find better at the price.

The location is good, 10 mins by walk to center. The room we are was Small Double - it is enough for a couple, for short stay. The mattresses are comfortable, the hygiene is ok.

Shower can be a little bigger.

Locations, zero noise from the street

Mattress could have been more comfortable. The room was very cold at first and it took some hours to warm it up

Double bed room was just two singles pushed together and two single duvets. We ended up falling through hole/one of us did. No kettle or anything. Basic room

No elevator.They do our check in even if the room is nit ready and clean up.asked for a blanket but the answer is negative?‍♀️

Location x-mass shopping, easy rich. Breakfast is excellent. Big rooms, good, high, bed. Helpful personnel.

Getting old; antic color breakfast. It was wintertime, we did not much use terrace. Need more care. Missing cabinet in shower room. Big, big spider on the room.

Shower ceiling stained . Gaps in flooring in bedroom. Not a good experience for the amount we paid per night.

very neat and clean rooms, staff was very professional and cooperative, location was also very good, near to main market at walking distance. The only issue that elevator lift not available ? so you have to carry your luggage through stairs. however it was a comfortable place to stay. breakfast was also good.

The location was good, having a little terrace just for myself was a nice surprise, the hotel is located in quiet area, so there was no noise from the street The staff was nice too.

The only thing is that I didn't know I will have to pay for my stay in cash as the min. limit to spend is 100€.to be able to pay by card.Thankfully the nearest ATM (not the blue & yellow one) was 15 mins. by walk. I somehow didn't know about this policy. Another thing to keep in mind is that the church bell was loud and would not allow me to sleep peacefully but it is obviously not a fault of the property just a little bonus for staying in the city centre so it is not a minus.

Good location, near the centre of the city but not on a main road.

Rooms were not particularly clean (when we pulled the beds apart there was a thick layer of dust under the bed), the decor is very dated, there are no staff on duty during the day so we couldn't get back into the hotel to drop off some things we had bought.

Great little hotel, 15 min walk from centre. Staff are lovely and breakfast is typical European with lots of cheese and tomato. They also cook eggs to your liking. Room was small but sufficient.
