I did not have breakfast. The location was too far away, however, it did give me the opportunity to ride the trains, which were new, very clean and on time. In addition, the train station were clean, big and the passengers kind and courteous. The train fares were very reasonable. I love the interior configuration of the trains. The staff very friendly and professional. They always greeted me with a smile and hello.

My room was a bit cold and only in the bathroom the heat was adjustable.

It was comfortable well priced and located near public transportation. Also quiet with large elevators making luggage movements easy.

The bathroom was a little claustrophobic but they did make good use of the space.

Excellent breakfast. Lots of choices for beverages and breakfast items. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location to city center and friends.

Honestly not to much. Rooms were extremely small. The rooms were not very clean

When we booked there was no mention of construction. When we got there we were put in a room and told there wasn’t any around us I swear they were working on the three rooms surrounding us. I don’t usually write reviews but wanted some ppl to know. The carpets were dirty the check in process was terrible. Had us wait for almost an hour just to say well I don’t think I will have a room soon after saying it would only be 10-20 mins. Ended up being 2.5 hours.

The hotel was well located for a visit during Christmas market time. Easy walking distance to the markets, very close to public transit and in a relatively quiet neighbourhood.

The staff and the location of the hotel were wonderful. Our room was quite clean.

It was so warm on the days we stayed in Cologne and the air conditioner in the room was old and not enough. Sometimes the warmth was overwhelming and not having a refrigerator in the room was also difficult on those warm days. However, it was made clear by the hotel on the facilities list that there was no refrigerator in the room.

The room was fine and functional. Very clean and perfect for what we needed (somewhere to sleep!!)

Air conditioning unit was very loud. In the end we switched it off and opened the window but were then disturbed by trams and police cars!

The stuff was amazing. Very engaged, respectful, and calm.

Stayed for two days and it was pretty comfortable! it was definitely worth the money. The bathroom is a bit small but that wasnt really a problem for us. the staff was really nice and the location was honestly pretty great. Could reach anywhere you want easily since there is transportation closeby!

The property has a good location and accessible to some nice restaurants and cafes.

The rooms are quite small. But if you want to just crash for a night during your long journey, it’s definitely a good option

The rooms were very small, no hand towels in the bathroom (only bath towels), mattress and pillow very uncomfortable and hard.

Location is great, very well connected with public transport but also easy to reach tourist attractions by foot. The stuff was very friendly and flexible. TV has programs even in english.

Breakfast is not very impressive for the price. Bathroom is tiny.

the room was small but that was okay, however the bathroom is very very small. that was a little disappointing. everything else was fine. the breakfast was good, it could be cheaper then people would book the breakfast more often. a coffee machine or kettle would be good in the room too.

The team in the hotel is fantastic!The location a lot Restaurants. Easy to travel to the city center.

There is No kettle in the Rooms, no tea and coffee in the rooms. The iron was not clean actually he was dirty almost destroyed my Suit.

It was clean and good value for money. Location was ok. Interior was quite nice.

Staff was unfriendly. Soap finished and instead of sending someone to fill it we got a new soap to do by ourselves, but it was not easy, probably some tool is needed to change it. In room should be 2 separate beds but they were one next to the other. Bathroom and room was very small.
