Nothing good about this place.

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The position is really top: at few meters from the central train station. The city center is just at the other side of the station.The staff is friendly and we found someone in the reception 24h, this is nice for a small hotel.Breakfast is really basic but perfect for its price!! I strongly recommend to get it.

The room was small for 3 people and were no places where to put our things. For just two days we were able to survive but for a longer stay or a family trip it would be impossible.The room was old but clean. The pillow was a nightmare for me.I have never seen in my life such a small elevator :) it is sufficient for 1 person in a good shape. Robust people should plan to get the stairs...

Beautiful hotel. Modern, comfortable, friendly. 12 minutes walking distance from Marienplatz. Just five minutes for the main train station. Breakfast very good.

The area is not very nice but it is safe.

Excellent location, right across the road from the railway station and the cathedral. Reception staff gave us some hot water and cups to make tea in our room.

Our room was at the back of the property and there was some noise early in the morning from construction in the area.

Close to main train station, friendly staff. The hotel is simple, perfect for a short stay.

The furnitures are a bit run down, it needs some refreshment. The sofa bed was unusable.

The location is superb. Just a minute from Köln central station. The staffs are super helpful; they allowed us to have early checked-in at around 10:00 AM in the morning

Firstly, the location is fantastic - just a couple of minutes from the main train station, and a few minutes from the city centre or river. Friendly, 24 hour check in desk. Room was mostly clean, and the underfloor heating in our bathroom was nice.

This is a budget hotel - not particularly cheap due to the location - but cheaper than many around! Bearing that in mind, there are a couple of flaws - the room was very small, and unfortunately smelled very strongly of marijuana. We ended up buying an air freshener! Also bear in mind, there is a lift but it is tiny, barely big enough for one person with a suicase.

Old and pretty worn. Bathroom had broken towel heater and the shower was old and shabby. No place to hang towels in bathroom. The hair dryer was something I have never seen. It would have taken hours to dry my hair.

Lift is not wheelchair accessible and we were allocated the top floor. Outside the room was a messy stack of cleaning kit, solar panels and mirrors. The room had an outer door which could worryingly, only be locked from the outside.Breakfast was a very limited selection.

Excellent location, but some things could be much better.

There were hairs and a hole in the sheets. The bathroom extractor fan was full of dust. Wifi is there, but I never connected to the internet. Look at the photos that I couldn't connect to for more than an hour.

Extremely convenient for the station. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Very good shower.

Don't let the rather shabby exterior put you off!

Location. I arrived by train and left the next morning by train, so the location was great.

The only elevator was broken, and my room was on the third floor. The room is very small but fair for the price. My shower was hot. The room was quiet and clean. But making three trips up and down the stairs with my luggage--I was headed for a 35 day stay in Kyiv--ruined it.

Hotel is outdated

. I had a single room, so it was small, but was comfortable and clean. The location is great for train travel as it's just across the street from the train station. The cathedral is just past the train station and I had a view of it from my room. Staff recommended a great place to eat. The breakfast was good.
