Clean room with everything you need. Good beds. Nice shower. Good location near concert stadium which is why we booked it

Reception gave us no information; did not even direct us to the elevators. Also the phone in the room did not work so if you needed something or even roomservice you needed to go down. They still charged us for roomservice which is quite laughable. Also, their own restaurant was not available the 2nd evening. Some warning about that would have been nice.

Breakfast was good, Excellent location

I had to wait 1 hour to get the key after check-in time. A mini bar could have been added to the room.

Everything was perfect, perfect location if you visit the City for Fair, fantastic, clean Hotel, very good breakfast!

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. Perfect location if you need the Exhibition center. It's also great that they have underground parking.

Great location if you are there for the exhibition. Very close to Koln messe. Very close to the train station and right in front of the metro station. And also few stations away from the shopping street

I loved the leisure area, the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a large bathroom. Everything was perfect, and the food at the downstairs restaurant was excellent.

The pool wasn’t heated; for winter, I expected the water to be warm.

They didn’t clean the room every day but i liked that it was to take care about nature..

5 mins walk to the Mese and U Bahn is just cross the street. Staff, Spa, room and food are all perfect there.

We stayed one night in a superb room, very clean and comfortable, as were all hotel areas. Breakfast worthy of a 5star hotel in variety and quality. Swimming pool was small but perfect for a workout. Highly recommended and will definitely stay there next time.

We were really satisfied. There is always room for extra though!

Booking was cancelled last minute by the property. We received a call from the property at 8pm stating there were no rooms available left despite our confirmed reservation and the 24h front desk

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were not extremely luxurious, but in line with expectations for such a hotel in Germany. Breakfast was good as well.

the staff is really nice

bar dux is nice and the staff is really kind. I chose this hotel because it had parking. didn't really checked more than that as a criteria but the parking is unfortunately quite expensive (32 euros) and there is no discount or day pass. i stayed less than 24 hours....if you are going to book here and are coming by car add 32 euros to your budget.

Breakfast was too expensive. The sauna is available after 16:00. The pillows were too soft.
