We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It exceeded our expectations for a 3 star hotel. Very clean hotel, friendly staff, good location. The breakfast was good.Initially we were disappointed with the room, a double business room, which was overlooking the main street, very noisy and cold, the heating was not working. They offered us a room change and the new room was perfect - warm, quiet, clean and cozy.But if they hadn't changed our room, we would have been disappointed for sure.

The rooms overlooking the main street are very noisy, the windows are not soundproof. But we were lucky enough to be moved to another room.

The room was fairly comfortable although the shape and layout of the room were a bit weird.

I specifically chose booking.com filter of "upper floors accessible by lifts" so that we do not have to carry our big luggage up the STAIRS. But we was given a room where we need to go through more than 20 steps before reaching the lift. We were very disappointed as the hotel room was not cheap at all. We feel that the hotel should not have been listed when I chose the filter of "upper floors accessible by lifts" as the hotel had long staircases. I would not stay in this hotel again.

The staff at the reception is nice and at the breakfast, they were very friendly and attentive.

The hotel is ok, just a bit old fashioned, but the value...If I judge it by quality/price ratio, it is perhaps, the worst place that I've been for that amount of money.

Staff was very friendly. There was parking, but larger vehicles would not have fit. Location wasn't far from downtown.

Beds/pillows weren't that comfortable.

Loved the location. Lots of public transport options near by which is great when visiting a city break. Good sized room too which is great for a family.

There is a lot of steps getting to the room. Even to get to the elevator there was quite a lot of steps. While this isn’t a problem for our group travelling it might be for some. Also would have liked more pillows for the beds as the pillows provided were very thin

Room was good, clean and nice. Beds were good. Bathroom very clean and personal very kind and friendly. Willing ot help even late in the evening with the same smile.

Only room was situated at the road side of the hotel. Lot of ambulances and a club was at the other side of the street, which made a lot of noise during the night.

Great location for Europa Park, only a 10-15min walk. Lots of restaurants to choose from nearby. Small shop just opposite Europa for convenience food such as sandwiches, milk, bread etc.Very clean and tidy with everything you need, cutlery, plates, coffee maker, kettle, iron. About 20-25mins walk to supermarketVery safe area and scenic.Enough space for around 4 people and 2 children with fold out couch.Nice hot shower with everything you need such as towels and toilet rollsquiet area

Nothing comes to mind. Was very happy with everything and couldn't fault the property.

Great location that's close to tram and U-bahn, good breakfast with hot and cold options.

Parking garage is very narrow. Pillows on beds were very thin and don't fit into pillow cases the right way.

The location was good for bars, shops, supermarket and parkrun. About 30 minutes walk from the train station. The staff were very friendly.

The pillows and bed weren't great. The shower was very small. The room smelt a bit damp.

Location is perfect

Some stairs before reaching the elevator, but it is not scary. Noise from outside never stops since it is located in active place.

Very clean room, friendly reception, decent location close to restaurants and bars and reasonably close to the center of the city.

It was 35 degrees during my stay and the room does not have aircon - VERY hot and stuffy. View from room is of industrial style vents which continually hum. The pillow was very thin and uncomfortable
