The room had very very bad smell , I would never stay there if I had another option, it was last minute trip and only that hotel had available room

The bed was very old and I kept getting itchiness all night , paid like $--- and not worth a dollar 😠

Amazing Breakfast, perfect location 5 min walking to the downtown, clean bathroom.

Too noisy, especially at night. All the next-door rooms are close together, so you can even hear things like a toilet flushing while you’re trying to sleep.

The man on the reception desk was polite.The beds were clean. We can't comment fully on the facilities, comfort, or breakfast as we didn't stay.

Located between adult entertainment venues with explicit words, images and items in the windows. We were travelling with two children and didn't feel comfortable in this location so chose to find alternative accommodation. No lift to the top two floors.

The hotel is old and lots of interesting artifacts, esp the altar. The personell were courteous and knowledgeable esp.the woman at the front desk. The breakfast selection was good even if the price was minimal.

A bit tricky going back from the Cologne cathedrai. And the area is not for me.

The location was super central and the staff was super amazing. Everyone at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. I wanna tell the management that they have hired the most amazing people at the hotel. Would love the stay there again if I come to cologne.

Area was a bit noisy

The location of the hotel is excellent, but unfortunately, I couldn’t stay there because they informed me upon arrival that the rooms were out of service. They arranged for us to stay at the Leonet Hotel instead and covered the cost of the taxi. However, there was a misunderstanding, the taxi driver initially thought we had to pay, but in the end, the hotel took care of it.Leonet Hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was quiet, and the breakfast was good, a typical German spread with bread, ham, cheese, yogurt, and various sides. The staff there were also very kind and welcoming.

Although I confirmed my arrival for 23:00 earlier that day, I was only informed upon arrival at the reception that the hotel was out of service and no room was available for us. They arranged to send us to another hotel. When I asked why I hadn’t been informed in advance, the receptionist said it was the responsibility of the reservations team, not his.

The staff were very welcoming. Over and above what I’ve experienced in other places.The rooms are basic but good value. The bed and bathroom are clean. Good breakfast.

It wasn’t too far from town. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast adequate.

No hot water the whole stay. Despite saying they would get it mended. No heating the first night. One male member of staff was helpful. Female staff not so.

Bedbugs. Mouse in dining area. TV not operational. No snacks in vending machine, only drinks. Shower smelled like feet and urine. Overall, dirty.

The location was great and the staff were friendly.

When we checked in they couldn't find our booking but they had our friends booking and they had booked a few days after us. They found us a room which was a nice size. It was located in the outdoor smoking/bin area. The room was cold and they had no blankets so they gave us extra sheets. The bins were emptied early morning and people went out to smoke so it was quite noisy.

The location is good. It is close to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Close to the river and public transportation.

The housekeeping staff did not respect the “do not disturb” sign on the door. He locked himself into the room. Very uncomfortable to not have my privacy respected.

Lobby and breakfast

Noise from people on street at 3 and 4 in the morning. Small and messy shower, there 1mm difference between.i ce cold and scorching hot water in the faucet handle. Unfriendly staff, no AC. Elevator stops on each floor without a reason when you go down, smelly bathroom. Runned down room.

Cheap with very limited breakfast included, the beds, pillows and bedding were very comfy and the overall cleanliness was good but not amazing. The decore was very 3 decades ago but very basic and you could tell this would of been a nicer hotel years ago.

There was no running hot water !! This really let us down as after spending the day in -1 degrees weather all we wanted was a hot shower and bed but when going to reception they said the hot water didn't work and no technician was available to fix it so this really was not acceptable as it's a basic need and expectations. The hotel is also sandwiched in-between 2 gay sex clubs so beware if this type of thing bothers you or it could be an advantage haha.
