The staff were so nice, friendly and accommodating.

The only thing is that when the housekeepers went in to clean, even though I didn¿t request them to do so, they hardly cleaned the sink.

Clean and comfort both room and bathroom, nearby Lidl market, regular cleaning

No dislikes... Location is indeed a bit far, at south of city but there are cca 15min walking distance 2 train options to reach city center so it is ok

Very friendly staff, hot water, clean towels and bed linen.

There is a lot of mold in the shower, and I found some kind of living oblong insect there. There are traces of dead insects on the walls, only two power outlets, poor sound isolation from the road outside the window (although it is not a very busy road). The room is a little stuffy, despite being ventilated.

Location was good

In the bathroom lack of shower gel and shampoo, as is usual in all hotels, it’s standard. And the liquid soap dispenser was dirty, it was scary to use it. The toilet seat was broken. It was not stable. And the sleeping pillow was really uncomfortable. I just slept without it.

The windows don't have any sound insulation at all, you hear road noise all night. They should upgrade windows to block sound. There are tons of hotels and homes in busy areas or city centers, they're all just fine because of sound blocking windows

Really nothing.

The recepcionist assigned me a room, and when I went up, it was comoletely dirty, nobody did the cleaning. It is located in a place a little bit far of everything.

The staff were nice. It’s too far from the trams which are just a couple of stops from the city center.

It was clean and comfortable.

Honestly speaking, I didn't like anything about this hotel except that the staff gave us a free coffee in the morning!!!

We paid for the hotel for two people with separate beds, they gave us a room which had a bed for only one person, they reasoned that you selected a bed for two people of the French type, with bed width 1.4 metersThe location was very unfavorable approximately 1.5 km from the first metro station.We failed to make the cancellation, but they did not take into account the people in the hotel.I'm very sorry for this comment, but really, he needs to reflect on this issue.

Absolutely terrible

The hotel was extremely poor.On arrival, the key card to the door was not working, so I was eventually let in manually.The lights to the room were not working, so I had to sit in the dark, stuffy, hot room whilst they tried to fix the key card issue.The lift wasn’t working so I had to carry my 30kg bag up 4 flights of stairs.There was also an awful smell in the hotel.This was not somewhere I was able to stay so found alternative accommodation.Wrote to the hotel requesting a refund due to how poor the hotel was with no response.

Friendly staff at the reception

About room: probably the only thing they do here is change the bedding and that’s it, because it looks like the general cleaning was done a few months ago, as evidenced by some red marks on the walls (either blood or tomato) and the shower is covered with mold. It was disgusting to take a shower. The management should pay attention to the cleaning, because it is your reputation and unfortunately does not deserve 3 stars for today Noise insulation is not the best here either, unfortunately
