The Breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

The shower is very very small, they could improve on the shower size.

Small elevator, rooms were bare and walls are very thin. You can easily hear neighbors.

I am pretty sure I got scammed out of 20 euros for ?included breakfast?. Did not see anyone else ever pay for breakfast. When I was checking out the man at the front desk charged me for breakfast. I believe it is advertised as free.

I crossed a non smoking room, even sign was on door, but the room was smelling like a smoking room, opening window didn't helped. Doors and walls are very thin, a little noise even can be heared, on pick season could be even worse.Breakfast was poor.

Booked room with Terrance but given room was in corner without Terrance and view.There is no kettle, Tea coffee in room.Family room without any facilities.They said you can buy tea coffee from receiption but receiption denied for it.20 per person for breakfast but very minimum option to eat, they even don't have coffee machine in cafeteria.2 juice and one bread options with Jam and boiled eggs that's is a buffet.Staff given only one key and there is no latch for lock so security problem is there.They said they have locker facility but they keep bags outside near reception area which was so risky. Never recommend.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Hotel was very clean with very good breakfast. Location was super excellent, you step your foot right in the shopping street. Staff was nice and helpful.

Location was very central, around the corner from the Cathedral and short walk to the Rhine river, which is why we picked it.

Hotel ws simply not up to the description on your booking-site. Very old and narrow. Breakfast room felt like in a hostel more than a hotel. Hotel hasn´t been renovated / upgraded for a long time. Everything feels really dated. Room & Bathroom super small.

The location was perferct close to the everywhere. Breakfast was very good, all food was fresh. We had a bigger room than expected and the noise outside couldn't be heard

We had a balcony but we couldn't go outside as we only had a window. Other than that all was perfect.

Great location. Clean room. Easy access to the Dom, station, and markets. Walkable and secure.

Tiny bed. Dated interior. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Loud noise from other guests. Rooms are NOT soundproof. Difficult to sleep past other peoples children in nearby rooms who wake with the sun.

The location was excellent! Easy 7 mins walk from Koln HBF. Its barely a minute from the Koln Cathedral. The street is a shopping street, lively and very vibrant. It felt safe. The room was clean and adequate. Was a basic room, but had the amenities we needed for a one night stay. Breakfast was basic, but good enough to grab a tea/coffee and croissant/bun. No hot items at the breakfast. They are happy to store bags, and we asked for an extra hour late check-out, which they agreed to without issues.

The breakfast could be slightly better, but was adequate.

The hotelrooms are very old and very noisy from the above rooms.Moving chairs 1 level higher it was crazy.Very disturbing in the evening and in the early morning.A simple Solution woult be furniture pads. But hey that is me !

Excellent location, short walk to the station and the cathedral. Our room was perfect for 3 people, plenty of space , even a separate bedroom. Breakfast was good.

To access the hotel you had to ring a doorbell, this is ok if someone is sat at reception and can see you at the door but if not you may have to wait quite a while until someone comes to let you in.
