Good location, 10-minute tram to the city center. The room was so comfortable and spacious.

The hotel is very nice, and conveniently located not so far from the city center. We stayed for just one night, but really enjoyed our stay. The staff is amazing - from the great check-in and check-out experience to the fact that when we arrived, there was a set of cat food bowls and a pack of cat treats in our room (we stayed with our cat). The room was also very nice and spacious.

The only thing we didn't love was the dinner, as both dishes we ordered turned out quite dry.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was easy. Right next to the tram. We came with our two dogs and they left two dog beds. bowls, and treats for our dogs. It was so sweet! They even had a special door notice that notified staff there were dogs in tbe room which we really appreciated! I'm always nervous staying in hotels with the dogs in case someone opens the door and they get out so I appreciate the thoughtfulness to have the dog tag on the outside door.

The hotel staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was perfect with a spare bed in situ for our child. The beds were very comfy, and amenities were great. There was a good quality hair dryer. The hotel also has a sauna and fitness room which were great. We didn't eat at the hotel but when we did walk past the food looked good. There was a bakery on the corner of the street which served good food. The tram is also directly outside the hotel which takes you into the center. Getting bolt (uber/taxi) was also very easy.

The room was very hot, you can only turn the temp down by 3 degrees so it didn't do very much, we opened the windows to let some air in and it cooled down after that.

Great value for money - secure parking, breakfast included and very friendly staff. Hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is located very closely to several tram lines. Access to the city centre is therefore quite easy. The hotel is ideally located if you want to watch a match in the football stadium (Rhein-Energie Stadion). The hotel parking is easily accessible by car, but attention additional costs according to your room category.

It is a hotel with the usual hotel noises (door banging etc.) and impersonal corridors.

Pleasant hotel, room and lobby close to several green parks.

Checkin was a bit strange and rude. I was made to feel like I was being a difficult troublemaker for asking why breakfast was listed in a document we signed, when we had declined breakfast. It was all good in the end, just a slightly unpleasant welcome.

Very modern and clean hotel, check in was smooth and staff were very friendly. Great location as it was right beside the tram stop to the stadium and the city centre.

A very good place to stop in Koln.The EV charger was very convenient to optimise our long journey.The room was large and comfortable, even with our 2y old son.Plenty of amenities around and lots to explore.

A bit dated, our bathroom had a bath that was pretty grotty and the faucet was falling off the wall.

Was in town with my family for a concert and was pleasantly surprised with our two night stay at the Ameron. Spacious rooms, adequate parking spaces (with charging stations available for our EV) and public transportation available just ride outside the hotel. We couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely be back when we return to Köln for business or pleasure.

- At 21.45 at the lobby, we were 5 people and wanted to order some food, at least some appetizers, but waiter told that the kitchen in already closed and it’s not possible to get even cheese or nuts. - The restaurant didn't seem tasty to us at all, we tried 6 different dishes, but we didn't like any of them at all
