    Pros +

    • This is a little off the beaten path but worth the wait also they had a car charger which was nice but very expensive.
    • It was clean but very basic
    • Free parking, staff was wonderful. Bus stop right around the corner. The lobby looked very nice and I liked the weird-ass face statues. I liked the design elements in and around the rooms.

    Cons -

    • The car charger price was very high I thought but it was nice to have it as an amenity. The nighttime staff person must have had heavy heels on because I heard her walking around for hours from my room. The staff were nice the facility was nice
    • It was in an industrial park with nothing around just ruined buildings
    • Blinds on the outside were broken and were knocking on the window because of the wind all night. Let the staff know at night but unfortunately the hotel was booked out so they couldn't give us another room. The kind guy who came over to check it out did say we could call him again and he would figure something out to tie the blinds down or something, but we felt bad about bothering him and it was 2am and we were tired, so we didn't.They gave us free breakfast in the morning to make up, which was a nice gesture but the breakfast was a little disappointing to be honest haha. Not a lot of variety. Coffee machine was broken and most items were gone/empty when we got there. After we grabbed our breakfast, things were restocked/refilled. Can just be bad timing of course, but it was just a bummer. Lights on the hallways were motion-detected, but lit up too slow for my taste, causing you to walk in the darkness for a bit before they spring on.

Parking is available outside the hotel on the street with one bay for electrical charging. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. 8:30 Saturday morning was very quiet :-).

Not many options for convenient places to eat nearby, ended up ordering some food via Uber Eats. It is a 50 min walk into the city centre (Cathedral) so taxi or public transport needed unless you like walking on busy streets. The hotel could provide more info on easy ways to get into the city.

The place was decent, with free parking.

The room is very small and the bathroom is separated by a tainted glass sliding.

The hotel is extremely close to Koln Messe and we could walk it every morning to the trade fair which was a big plus give the amount of cars that go to this location.

I think the breakfast is a bit over priced for what is offered. It could be much better if a few more items are added.

Very bad experience. 3 nights almost €1300, without breakfast. The view from the room is bad, bugs are walking around the room, the shower is not functional. As a welcome, a small bottle of water 0.3 l. All in all; not good value for money . If you are a woman and a solo traveler you will not feel comfortable in this hotel, long dark corridors - without enough light

I liked the breakfast and online check in . I loved that it was tucked away and quiet area . Close to Palladium for shows.

The pillows were a little uncomfortable and flat.

Room was quite large as well as bathroom. We also requested an extra bed for a todller and was very happy with what was supplied. Breakfast the next morning was quite good, both warm breakfast and continental was available. Good selection of fruit juices. We could also use the hotel's car charging facility - even though expensive with hotel rates - it was really convenient to use.

No coffee machine in the room (probably an oversight from the hotel since we had coffee pods)

    Superb

This hotel is too far from city centre in the middle of nowhere and surrounded by wasteland and derelict buildings at the front entrance

Really nice hotel with extremely friendly and helpful employees. Rooms decorated with taste, which was the cherry on the cake. Handy location when one needs to go to the Kölnmesse.

The breakfast was fine, the staff is attentive and polite. Room and other spaces are quite clean.

Location is awful! In between wrecks of old factories, surrounded by abandoned places with dirty sidewalks and decorated with broken windows. Then, in the room there is neither kettle nor fridge. When you leave the bathroom, there is a risk to fall because of a step between the door and the main room floor! Room is small. For >180 Euro/night I would expect much more!!

Everything about the hotel was nice, an unexpected surprise. Close to the city

The location is shady but the hotel is very modern and pretty and the staff is super helpful. Restaurants close very early, but you could order to have food delivered. They have a bar in the lobby with good priced drinks.

Hotel has a nice decor, very clean and rooms were very spacious and beds comfy. Check in staff were helpful upon arrival and flexible with leaving bags etc , appreciated this. Nice courtyard for relaxing and easy taxi booking system

Cost was overpriced for hotel location in conjunction with central area of Koln. Prices inflated for euro 2024, understand the reason for this but highly disagree with level of inflation. Staff at breakfast were rude. They demanded we left at 09:58 as 'she had to set up for lunch and breakfast ends at 10'. Poor customer service.
