It was in good location and also could secure my parking place in downtown of Koeln city in this Hotel.I could get a small refrigerator at the corridor hall out of room.

My room was in basement and was very hot.Air condition was out of order.Due to basement room, it was quite misty and small was not that good.

They clean the room every 2 days. On Sundays the reception is until 2pm so you can't leave your bags and come back later.

Overall cleanliness and facilities were great, spacious room with thick curtains so I could sleep in when I wanted.Very good and rich breakfast buffet with high variety, solid coffee machine.Long breakfast and checkout hours.

It took about ten minutes to get someone to open the front door when I returned to the hotel late at night, despite ringing the bell repeatedly.

Breakfast was simple and more than adequate. The breakfast staff member was very courteous and helpful.

Very convenient location right at tram stop The room was big enough, comfortable, and quiet, with everything you need for a short stay. I found it to be a good value overall.

Small room which felt quite simple (decoration wise)

The location is excellent — with two tram stops nearby, it’s easy to reach any part of the city as well as Bonn. You can also walk to the city center. Breakfast is served in a charming café and was truly enjoyable. There are also convenient 24-hour grocery stores close by. The room felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with attention to every detail. Silence was very important to me, and I was pleased that I didn’t experience any disturbance from noise.

I absolutely loved my stay at NunoHotel in Cologne. The location is absolutely perfect. You can explore the city when you like on foot no need to public transport or taxi. The hotel is very cosy. Everything you need is right there. The reception area is beautiful and arranged to accommodate any needs. They even nave a beautiful children play area, and Cody place to serve breakfast, rest, work and serve foot that you may have bought it outside the hotel. I am not a breakfast person so I cannot comment of that, but the last day I wanted to have a coffee and the lady at the bar made it with so much love and the coffee was superb. The staff went way out of their way, above and beyond with their kindness and care. It was like wow. I really felt I came to stay at friends not at a hotel. They were friendly, supportive, warm, kind and at the same time professional and very efficient and effective.The entire place and my room were very clean.The WiFi was perfect as I needed to do some work. Also very easy to access not with long passwords that are challenging to get right. They have a way to access it that is easy and straightforward without having to give all your details. I love it.The room was very clean. Everything I needed was there and more.The attention to details is absolutely great. I highly recommend this hotel and I will book there again when I will visit Cologne again.

The hotel is in a great location if you are looking to be active and explore restaurants and the nightlife. There are two tram stops that can take you either back to the station or out to the Western suburbs. They are both adjacent to the hotel. The staff were wonderful and very kind and even kept my bag for a few hours after I checked out.There are so many restaurants and places to eat and drink. Some of these are simple or you can get a meal for 5:00 to 8 euros, anothers are expensive. The University is close by, and I went running in the park that was only about a 5 minute walk away.There are grocery stores, little kiosks and bakeries within 50 to 100 m. Also, a McDonald's is right across the street.

It was not a problem for me, but the area is lively and busy. Some people may be bothered by noise if they have a street facing room.

Excellent location and very friendly staff

The rooms are extremely stuffy and without aircon almost intolerable during summer. There are fans but they just turn the room into an airfryer.

i stayed here for one night and for that it was perfect. the room was clean and spacious for one person. the location is fantastic, and despite being on a busy street i had no noise complaints from outside. staff was super kind and helpful.

the window can only be opened and closed by half leaning on the bed in the medium rooms - a tad inconvenient, but i also understand there's not much other options. the windows are very well soundproofed, but between rooms is a bit less so - i could hear a lot coming from the room next to me.

The hotel was clean and the staff super friendly and helpful! We had booked parking and it was easy to find and by the hotel. We enjoyed the decor of the hotel. And for the price we paid, and if you are only staying a night or two is a great option.There are limited amenities in the rooms but the hotel has small fridges available in an area you can use and has coffee for sale.The location is great, there are any shops you need close by, public transport and walkable to the city center. We had booked 2 large rooms which offered enough space, bathrooms are always a bit small in hotels but this we could deal with, it had everything you need.
