&REPEAT Köln Airport

Nice concept for rooms for single person with quite spacious bed with a lot of room. Perfect for single person. Nice foldable table for work if need. Liked very much stay. Breakfast was standard options and nice selection.

The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was great

Staff was a little cold towards me. Not sure if it's culture or my looks. Also, I didn't enjoy paying for parking but that could've been me since I decided to rent a car last minute, hence I didn't do research on parking situation at the hotel. Lastly, no refrigerator in room which was a little disappointing.

Check-in and check-out was fast. Staff war super friendly. The breakfast was also pretty good.

We had an issue with our door lock and the some amenities are either missing or not refilled.

Very nice breakfast, it was quiet and clean. Sorry for leaving the banana peel on the windowsill, I forgot hotels had room service:(

Open bathroom and open shower design. Mediocre coffee.

Good location if you need to get to the airport early in the morning.. 20 minute walk to the train station and 1 stop by train

Clean, good for a weekend getaway. We went to xmas markets by Uber, it was easy.

Disappointing

The staff said I could shorten the stay of one day, but then did not accept the change in dates through booking and did not reply to my following messages.

Only bad thing is the location of the hotel it’s bit not sure how to word it run down the hotel stands out in the area as it’s nice and fresh looking the rest of the town should look up to this place

Mark was exceptional!And the breakfast was absolutely delicious and definitely worth the price. The breakfast, not the night.

The management only put 1 person at reception during plain check-in time and when there was a whole bus checking in… Well, there was a guest in my room but at least they fixed that quickly and gave me a different room. But it’s still weird that they don’t check and have the room ready for check-in time; what would have happened if there hadn’t been any rooms left?Also, there’s no phone in the room… a 4 star hotel!!! I had to go all the way down in my pajamas only to ask the breakfast times.Also, the shower was not entertained at all, had limestone and the holes were shooting water in all directions which not only makes it uncomfortable to shower, it makes the floor outside very wet. Finally, the room is okay, but not worth 80€ a night… and that was with a discount!!!

Modern new hotel, good location, kind reception

No coffee machine and no bottled water at the restaurant during breakfast, each guest has to order them to the waitress which is strange for a new, modern hotel.

Overall the facilities were fine, the bed comfortable and the room clean.

The heating was not working, neither in the room nor in the bathroom. At this time of the year when it feels colder, it was not comfortable not to have heating.

Very nice, clean, warm and friendly welcome staff.

Excellent hotel for non-celiac clients

I asked for gluten-frer breakfast and they told me they have "several products available". Finally the breakfast was great for other people, but I was given just 4 small pieces of cold bread, just defrozen. WIthout anything else. Also I was forced to dine in the restaurant as part of a work meeting, also I was offered just a baked potato under my own responsibility... it is not so difficult to be prepare for gluten-free clients.

Personally, I really liked the comfort and the room, the only thing, I thought it would be a little bigger (I was guided by the photo on the website). But for a single traveler it would be a great option for a stay. I also really liked the peace on the floor, it's a good opportunity to get some sleep and feel good. And I was also completely surprised by the breakfast - it was incredibly tasty and very filling, I give breakfast at the hotel 100 points!

a little small room, no slippers, bathrobe

We had a late night check-in, when we arrived we we're assisted smoothly so we could have some sleep. We got this at a good price (80 euro) in an expensive timeframe. It was just what we needed. Good shower, quiet. There was a building crane seen outside the window. might be the reason the price was lower than expected. Didn't bother us much. Would recommend based on our experience.

Vor den Toren der Stadt, aber awesome place to be! Restaurants inside and other ones nearby :)

Very clean and modern hotel. Late check-in was no problem and a good breakfast.

This is not an airport hotel! It is false advertising. If you want a place where you can get easily after landing, go somewhere else. It takes more than half an hour by public transport if everything goes well and an hour if not (which happens regularly, especially in the evening). By this time you could also get into the city. It should not be branded with "airport" in the name
