Villahotel Rheinblick

A very nice building, quiet, it had charm. Views were pretty as well.

Absolutely everything! Perfect stay in a perfect location. From our welcome at the reception, drinks at the bar ,breakfast on the terrace, to our farewell....could not fault a thing. Wished our stay was longer!

Nothing to dislike at all.

Friendly staff and breakfast. Nice quiet location with public transport a 10 minute walk away.

Very nice room , vrey nice view

a little bit more space for putting things down.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but it is a charming place with lovely views. The parking is free, and it is easy to find a spot.

The whirlpool wasnot working, which was upsetting.

Very bad, we expected once, but received very poor room, and very bad service from manager

I have a big problem with the Hotel, I already texted them but nobody reply for my email. We received completely different room, which I found in a booking and facilities different , bed not comfortable, cause instead of one bad was 2 mattresses, pillows very old, dirty room, no coffee machine, tea, nothing. And manager there, didn’t reply for my email, I already sent them two times, and we explained this all on the next morning after our check in, no reply.

Lovely views, short uber ride into town, comfortable rooms.

location, cleanliness, helpful staff

I couldn’t have asked for better — exquisite location, facilities, and customer service.

Perfect boutique hotel nice staff very friendly

Strangely, there was no kettle for coffee in the room. They should consider providing it along with coffee and tea, as it is a very basic need.

Clean, quality & peaceful setting right next to the river. Stunning room!

All lovely!

Good peaceful location, quirky and stylish hotel. Good breakfast choice.

Bathroom not great, poor design for the shower and floor got very wet.

this place is right on the river with excellent views and walking trails We enjoyed the breakfast and the relaxed ambience of the hotel.the staff were helpful and courteous. We felt very much at home

The room was beautiful and staff where soo kind

There was a very beautiful bar with al the booze to make coctails the did in the past but not anymore the coudn't even make an Italian coffee that was a shame

The hotel was great…comfortable beds/pillows. Hanna at the front desk was pleasant, professional and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel seeks to mislead the customer with room descriptions

They advertised the room with a description and photos as very different from what was provided They charged the higher rate for a double comfort room and then provided a standard room The reception staff admitted it happened a lot over the past few weeks No apology and no refund in the difference of price They were not interested in a resolution so we contacted Booking to intervene

Location is amazing - right next to the river and close to riverside walking path.

A fridge in the room and option to have a feather pillow (I had to use the small cushion as the pillows were too thick) would be good for a stay of this price.

A lovely small hotel, in an outer suburb of Koln. No problems parking the car in the road very near. 20mins walk to the train station, with easy train journey to centre of Cologne. Staff were very helpful in explaining how to use the trains. Very good restaurant 10 mins walk away overlooking the Rhine.

all very good and the staff were very helpful at all timesmany thanks

one guest changed rooms as there was a very noisy party but thank you for facilitating that; otherwise, I think everyone was delighted

Very nice small hotel. We were just there for one night but it was very comfortable and a beautiful location. All the staff were nice and friendly.
