The reception staff , the beds!, the new interior design, the overall ambience

The only issue I have is with the Breakfast , perhaps in need of an overhaul - jams , bread offering , hot food offering , fruit offering , all areas were poor or limited.

Near to centrum that's was good.

Not to clean and also housekeeping doesn't come to clean the room

Very convenient location in walking distance to the main train station and the Dom on a quiet street. Many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the size was proper.

The room temperature could not be adjusted on the AC control, but the temperature was ok so it was not an issue.

Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Comfortable, well lit. Staff were good. Nice lobby area and good location.

The breakfast was not worth the price.

Really nice hotel that was decorated lovely if not different to the usual. Rooms were a good size and had everything you needed. good for parking.

Bar fridge, clean, window opens, friendly and helpful and efficient staff, clean and new bed linen, good and varied lighting in the room, good cupboard space, safe, slippers and gown, close to train station and the Belgian quarter. Very pleased and happy with my room and stay.

The single bed mattress was not that comfortable and my back was sore. But it was only for two nights and I did still sleep. That’s the only criticism I have.

The beds were unbelievably comfortable and the rooms were elegant and very clean

There could have been a wider variety of options for breakfast.

Booked two deluxe rooms but one was much smaller than the other. However this was resolved after bringing it to the attention of the staff. Also over charged on the tourist tax but refunded on request.

The room was big enough for a family of 4 with an extra bed and a baby crib.

The buffet breakfast is extremely expensive. 25 dollars as an add on. The dining room is welcoming but the food is not very good at all. They make fake eggs (powdered) no toaster for the breads, not much fresh fruit, hot selection is very limited at best, help seems unhappy, no tea bags. Don’t bother. Overpriced and subpar.

The staff were very friendly. They explained that the room wasn't ready yet due to a shortage of staff, but within 5 minutes we could check in anyway. They gave us a free upgrade and the room was fantastic, nicely large with comfy beds. The only downside would be that we didn't know it had an open bathroom (maybe read over it). It wasn't that much a problem with my current company, but I can imagine not everyone would be happy.

Very clean and suitable for single travelers.

The room was so dark. Like the light was yellow and not bright I could not see very well and had to turin on the bathroom light as well.

The hotel was within easy walking distance from the main station and the town centre.

Our room was quite basic and tired. No kettle in the room so not able to make a hot drink in the morning. Very noisy from the street outside so was kept awake at night and got woken very early mornings.

Overprized for old rooms with old facilities

The hotel rooms were spacious and clean, staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. From the train station to the hotel you will pass a small local bar called Dominkaner, you should check this out. Also cafe Pistazie near this bar is nice for breakfast. We didn't book the hotel breakfast. Across from the front door of the hotel is a church and behind the church is Schreckenskammer a local bar and restaurant. We wanted to eat there but is was very busy with locals and some tourists. Gaffel Dom beside the cathedral was great for food and service, the beef goulash was amazing.

It would be nice to have free tea and coffee available in the lobby for guests as there are no facilities in the rooms.

Lovely hotel lovely staff very clean . Plus we left our passport in the safe and they kept them save until we got back to pick them up

Lovely hotel was a bit upset that the bar wasn't opened when we got back in after been to the Christmas markets after been told that it would be opened. .could have had a price list for the item in the fridge and have more selections

The bedrooms were very spacious. However there were no hot drink making facilities in the room which were sorely missed.

Breakfast was chaotic. Only one coffee/hot drink machine, no toaster, not too much to choose from.
