- Snotty woman on reception acted like she was better than everyone else. Brunette and incredibly patronising. Unhelpful and uninterested.

The hotel was very unique and beautiful inside. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The roof top bar was fantastic and a great place to end the night. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Europe. They had vegan options for me that were awesome. Still dreaming about the vegan spread ❤️

Nice rooms - location is great

The room and the bed.
The menu was strange and minimal. The bar staff at the top floor was arrogant and commenting in a not okay manner about my German language which i found was at the limit. The check-in personnel also had an arrigant attitude.
Very friendly staff, we felt welcome. Liked the breakfast. The bed was really good, we slept very well.
Room design little bit outdated maybe.
Room is clean, amenities in the room were sufficient, nespresso pod and teas readily available to drink. One of the best part was breakfast, although the buffet is more that enough, there's an extra menu on the table with 4-5 different breakfast options that you can order and it was delicious! Staff were very nice as well. Definitely recommend!

This hotel was beautiful, but wear and tear that you would not expect from such a high ranked hotel.
Room was too hot for our comfort, asked multiple times to have help lowering the temperature.
Location and building overall
Dirty walls in the apartment and low quality of furniture

Unique building, comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. Great rooftop bar with fabulous views - we enjoyed a lovely bottle of wine up there. Staff were also great.
The hotel furnishings & fittings are a little dated. Shame you can’t get out onto the balcony to enjoy the view from the room.
An interesting building architecturally with a rooftop bar. The rooms have a modern decor and are very clean. The breakfast has quite a large range of options and most of the staff are exceptionally pleasant and welcoming.
For some reason, the rooms on levels 1 to 5 have under floor heating which is left on during the summer making the rooms incredibly hot, even if you leave the window open over night and have the aircon set to the lowest setting. After the first night I told the staff that the room was too hot and they organised maintenance to turn it off. They did this and by the second night it was better and then the next day after that it was perfect. The only problem is that by the third night it was slowly warming up again and when I woke up, it was stifling again. I checked out that morning, so it didn't matter to me. This is a totally unnecessary action from an 'eco hotel'.The bedroom of the standard rooms is very small and the bathroom is tiny, no room to even dry yourself. This would be okay if the price of the room was cheaper, but when you are paying top price this seems unreasonable. The rooftop bar is a great marketing tool for the hotel, but it is regularly hired out for events, so guests of the hotel are restricted from using it at those times. Again, one feels that there is little value for the high price one is paying. The neighbourhood is a little far from the centre of the city and is not in a 'prestigious' location. You can walk into the centre from there, but again, the price of accommodation is a little high for this location.
The service at reception, the bar, and in the breakfast area was fantastic. The building and our room were magnificent.
Nothing to complain about.
The room was amazing and so comfortable. The rooftop bar was also very cool.
Everything was so expensive from breakfast to late night drinks.
The initial room we stayed in was lovely with excellent bathroom facilities. The room we had moved to lacked some of these features.
Whilst the room we were in initially was very nice unfortunately it was directly beneath the bar who run events with a DJ running late both nights we stayed. The loud music meant the entire room vibrated and left us unable to relax. If you're staying here make sure you're not on the 10th floor
Breakfast is amazing. Location is unfortunate, but I believe the tower was built before the surrounding area. The bar on the 11th floor was a little expensive, but the atmosphere was lovely and the staff were lovely.
Dusty shelves in the cupboards in the bedroom.
Stunning unique building, beautifully converted into the hotel. Great rooftop bar with 360 degree views of Cologne. Spacious rooms with many windows and a view.
Very loud fan in the en suite which can’t be turned off.
Fabulous building. Great location. Loved the rooftop bar. The public pool nearby was fun. Very secure underground bike parking in their garage. Incredibly quiet, dark, comfortable room. Good shower.
The lighting was very dim in the room.
Amazing conversion of the tower. Lovely room on the 10th floor overlooking the city. Air con was not working but an engineer arrived quickly and managed to sort out the issue. The breakfasts were amazing with individual meals cooked to order. The apple crumble French toast was a favourite. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Certainly worth seeking this hotel out.
