Good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast

I really like the View from the lake and also the room was very comfortable and beautiful. It was a very relaxing mini-holiday. The staff was very friendly .

The heater wasn't working. I froze all night.The room cleaning was not good.

The hotel is warm and inviting, the room is spacious and well heated in winter, great breakfast, parking next to the hotel, a metro station nearby, five minutes walk. Very helpful and service minded staff.

Everything was practical. We had everything we needed from in-room coffee machine to service at the restaurant and bar. The park is great just behind the hotel and it was super easy to come and go by public transport. Staff were always very helpful.

Nothing much. It was great. The only thing if I had to mention was the bed quilt. A little thin for comfort throughout the night. I slept with a jumper to avoid waking from coldness. The building itself is a little old so isolation from the Winter weather is not great but nothing we can’t get over for a confortable stay nonetheless.

The hotel is located in the middle of a park — a magical place with a great park and a lake nearby for walks. The breakfast was tasty, and there weren’t too many people overall.

The room was quite small, reasonably clean, but had an old-fashioned interior.

The reception staff were very kind and welcoming, the breakfast was good, and the parking lot was very convenient and affordable.

The room was very dirty. The toilet had yellow stains that appeared to be fecal residue and was very old. One of the pillows had a blood stain, and there was also a moth flying around the room.

Amazing location and they had a lovely Christmas market that was hosted by the hotel itself. They also allowed us to early check-in and late checkout

Really comfortable hotel, located beside some beautiful parkland. Stayed here for a football match at the Koln stadium (approx 30mins walk). Great place to stay!

No issues to mention

The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is set in nice parklands and woods, but is very close to a tram station with a direct tram #7 or an option with a change #13&#1, to the city centre. There are many nice bars and restaurants nearby as well as a late opening supermarket.

For my stay I had internet connectivity issues and had to hotspot from my phone.

Location was good with good service into the town centre, good car park , reception people were very helpful good breakfast. Trip on the river was very good. Trip to Bonn was good

The Supervisor in restaurant in the evening was a bit odd. He had a problem with me selecting the pound sterling option on the credit card machine at the table. He would not let my wife and I leave the restaurant until we changed it to Euros. I made a complaint to reception about this but he shouted down the receptionist. All very strange. We went to a nice Greek restaurant the next evening to avoid him.
