Clean and comfortable.

Room service entered my room every single day despite putting a do not disturb on the door and despite reporting the same every single day to the reception who did nothing to stop the same.

It was perfect! Incredible staff, incredible breakfast with loads of options for a vegetarian , incredibly clean and comfortable!

Grand proportions, well designed, nice public spaces

Breakfast was good with a variety.As we stayed for 4 days , in the end it become a little boring.

The bed matress was not very comfortable as expected when we come to good hotel.

Good spot in the city, away from the noise but good 20 mins walk to the Dom with lots of spots in between. Ample parking space underground and also the facilities are clean and modern. Always liked this hotel brand, the service is always good too.

Clean, modern, great breakfast, staff were really friendly and helpful. We loved that is it located close to the arena and that there were always taxis available outside.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very nice, with everything you'll need. The breakfast service, also, was very good with a wide variety of choices.

Arrived quite late on friday evening, the QR Coded menu in the room shows whats available 24hrs, however this was not the case, 2 dishes were available with a take it or leave option. Even more annoying, Sunday afternoon, NO lunch service or Evening meal service !! for a hotel of its size I could not get over the fact that, according to the bar staff, "there's no chefs on a Sunday"

room design was very nice, staff was very professional and friendly. location is great, you can even walk to the city center in 30 minutes.

Very accommodating staff, delicious breakfast and very confidant bed

Pillows were very soft so was practically flat in bed which is less preferable for me.

Lifts a bit too busy and slow. Bar service for food was very slow, the food was quieter cold too.

Great hotel with excellent rooms and facilities. Within walking / public transport distance to all the main sights. We were staying for a short break after our wedding and the hotel surprised us with a room upgrade and also decorated the room.

Personally I thought that the parking garage was a bit expensive. But then again it is safe and clean.

A fast and easy check-in and out,. A comfortable bed and a clean room, a friendly staff and a good choice of food at breakfast.

Access to the bathtub can be dangerous because you can easily fall, the walls are high..Lack of staff at the bar (long waiting time).

Location was amazing. It was very easy to get to central area.

The facility around the property. Only petrol station. Thankfully the hotel has a tiny convenience store itself.
