PLAZA Premium Köln

Staff were helpful and friendly, free internet for duration of stay,

Decor was very 70's, our room smelt of stale cigarette smoke probably from previous occupants smoking on the balcony. View was just out onto busy road and apartments opposite. 500m walk to tram, 20 mins tram to town.

Very clean and comfortable

Needed to be closer to city center

Location and parking. Also the size of the room.

The room was very dark at night. Not enough light. The hairdryer did not work. There was no phone to call the front desk. One of the elevators was not working.

The reception desk staff were very polite and helpful. There was a problem with the heating, and Mohammed immediately switched us to a better room. Everything was clean and working perfectly.

The elevator was too slow.

The Room was spacious and clean

Bathroom needs renovation

Location. Price. Size of room.

Ignored door signs to remake/refresh room. Strict no early check in.

The hotel is very nice with great service. The room was super clean and the beds very comfortable.

Great experience at Plaza Premium Cologne Hotel! They allowed us to check in early and check out late, which made our stay so much easier. The rooms were very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

Location is good to get the metro.

The hotel is old and is tired, Certainly not what I expected at the price. Breakfast was okay but very overpriced.

Very clean and comfortable room. The location of the hotel is great as well — the city center is only 30 minutes away by public transport.

The bathroom ventilation was making a loud noise, which continued for a very long time.

Location was pretty good straight off the autobahn with a few food places and petrol stations nearby which were perfect for us. Car park was underground and secure which gave us peace of mind. The facilities in the room were good. Big comfy bed, a big room in general and decent size bathroom which were clean. Staff also very helpful and the hotel itself is pretty quiet had has quite a classy vibe. Easy access to cologne city centre

There were some stains on our curtains in the room which was a bit disappointing. The price for parking your car in there car park is expensive €20 a night and we stayed for two.

The place between the hotel and the center is ok. In 30 minutes, included walking you're in the middle of the center

The rooms are very hot. 21/22 degrees Celsius is for me to hot.Mouly in the bathroom

Nice location. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good value

Had a 2 twin bed room; beds were okay

Location next to a good restaurant

The pillows, tv channels

Super friendly staff, very kind and helpful.

The room wasn't cleaned very well. The sheets had old mold (?) stains. The room didn't smell fresh. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

I liked the staff a lot whose attitude was very customer-oriented.Quiet place, next to a restaurant. Good breakfast.Very well connected with public transport

A bit far from center. A bit dusty in the room.

It was clean and you had parking space in front of the hotel and underground

Parking per day was quite expensive.

Spacious and nice room with A/C, fridge, kettle and desk big enough to do some work. City center is not close but easily reachable by public transport.

Worth the money clean spacious and good location

Bathroom drainage need to work on
