Conti Hotel

The staff is amazing and the location is incredible.

Location is great, I would recommend it for one night quick stay. Breakfast was included, nothing fancy but nice for a quick bread, fruit or cereal.

The room smelled so bad even though it was pretty clean. Probably just my case since it was one of the last ones in the hallway idk the hotel overall was pretty empty. The bed was very uncomfortable, but yeah for one night it works.

Location great- it was fine, room a bit noisy and couldn’t with a limit paint but for the price was absolutely fine.

Not so nice smell in the room, some limescale and dirty toilet inside.

My room was on the 5th floor, last floor up by stairs. I have fear of heights, so only by elevator I will go there. Elevator stopped on 4th floor and then stairs.A very nice Polish receptionist, lady, booked me another room right away!Great location.Not great but affordable and ok.

In general reception people do not even look at you when you leave or arrive.

Easy to find. Handy got lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Near to the Aachener Weiher parkrun which was the reason for the trip.

Our room (3rd floor) looked out onto the main road. It was very noisy. The noise impacted our sleep. Bars were open until late, and then even noisy in early hours of the morning.

Everything clean and functional

Everything very small. shower door doesn’t close properly.

Expensive, but hotels were very busy as a marathon weekend

I had an emergency so staff helped with it but rooms were really dirty. I saw literal blood stains in bathroom walls and carpet had splashes all over.

Very unhygienic and noisy location. Some staff was nice but some was extremely rude.

Would stay elsewhere next time

Female receptionist was rude and abrupt. Bed was hard

Good location with good connections

There was no way to lock the room. 4 times in the night someone actually came into my room. I barely slept and did not feel safe. It was dirty, moldy and broken.

Connections to the city centre and airports

The room smells bad and u could see there are spots on the wall. Also there are holes on the fabric on the chair

A bottle of water in the room would be a great addition for guests (not everyone is fan of tap water), bed was a bit squeaky but it wasn't a big issue (it's fine)

Location is brilliant, Staff is friendly

It is very noisy and you do need to open the window for air. During hot days you only get a portably vent. It gets really hot.

Unfortunately the housekeepers are extremely rude and last time they were actually aggressive with me. Was late there was 2 mans that screamed and practically invaded my room. I tried to explain I could pay for the late check out but they didnt speak English and kept on trying to enter while I was still naked after shower. while I was trying to explain that they couldn't enter the room while I was there and naked he just screamed "YOURE CRAZY, YOU'RE CRAZY".. That was a little traumatic so im not sure if I come back

Ok breakfast

Most of the time no wifi.There was a nice breakfast area outside but they did not allow anyone to be there and eat very strange.Sloppy cleaning of the room when we arrived. A lot of noise from the area around all night long.
