Location, just off motorway good for one night stop

was given a poor room in basement with no hot water. Had to be moved to 4th floor where rooms are better. Seems given bad rooms to booking.com guests

Dorint Team, please do not offer room 502 to guest anymore!

I called the hotel to confirm a room not in basement after reading other guest reviews and requests accepted. During check in, I was arranged with a room in basement and is the notorious room 502, which other guest already rated badly at December 31, 2022. Obviously, hotel management did not take any significant improvements based on the feedback. The toilet had super disgusting smell. We could also hear every move from the car park gate in middle of the night. I were a business traveler with many good stays in Dorint of different Germany cities. But Dorint Köln Junkersdolf ruined my positive experience with this hotel brand, which is no longer a guarantee of decent stay that I can expect.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Its a easy journey into the city center by tram or taxi.

Overall the hotel was OK. Breakfast was good. Location is very communicative, 20 minutes by tram to the center of the city.

A bit noisy, being on a busy street.

The bedroom and bathroom were fine, clean and well insulated for noise considering we were on the ground floor right next to a busy road.

The restaurant was closed on a Saturday night. Apparently it has not been open at the weekend for 6 months. We were offered the option of a 15 minute walk to a bistro (actually when we checked ourselves, there were closer food options). We would not have booked here if we'd known there was no restaurant, but the listing is not up to date. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool enough.

1. the parking space is too small. 2. The beds are too soft that you almost sink onto the ground. 3. There are only three lights in the room, it was very dark. 4. I mentioned I need the rooms close to each other and I need twin bed room, it was not the case in the hotel. One on the 3rd floor, and another on 1st floor. 5. I ordered the rooms with breakfast, but it still asked me to pay for the breakfast, even after I pick food already. 6. There are only limited selections for the breakfast, cold and wet bread, very light coffee

The property was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast was brilliant! Really set me and the rest of my group up for the day!

The room is much smaller than advertised and doesn't look like in illustrating photo. Me and my two daughters were arranged next to a room where there was a baby screaming every night and early morning. We were woken up several times. The ?️ key didn't work well, the lamp table doesn't work.

Terrible food hygiene! Check your cups in the room… Internet problems, impolite staff ( not everyone, but a few ). They had internet problems and a person at the reception said “it’s not our problem”. They have a table in the room, with food prices and when I called the reception, but quite rudely interrupted: “no room service”. Then don’t confuse your customers!

Was clean, comfortable, great continental breakfast and really friendly staff! I can only recommend. It was a bit far away from the center, but comfortable to use the local transport

Actually nothing. Even the fact, that it’s not a center of the city, there are a lot of cafe, restaurants and not over occupied places

The Dom and Lindenpark park was my favorit plases.Realy like köln.

Well it was euro footbal and maybe thats why the trains where out at one time but nothing to complain about.
