Air conditioning is not working and it¿s almost impossible to contact the personnel for emergencies (their phone number is not working after normal hours)

Great location. It was really clean. The stuff was really kind and helpful!

Great location for Christmas markets, walkable to train station, great restaurants(Brucken), markets, music dome, museum and cathedral. Great staff. Clean rooms and good breakfast.

This hotel met my expectations for a standard 3-star property in Western Europe. Both the bedroom and bathroom were relatively spacious, even for the “Small” room type.The staff were friendly and accommodating. I arrived about an hour before check-in, and they kindly prepared the room early (I had messaged the hotel via Booking.com the day before, and while they said they could not guarantee it, they did their best).The location is convenient — just a 5-minute walk from the Main Train Station on a quiet and safe street — though it is in the opposite direction from the Cathedral and other attractions.Breakfast was a highlight, exceeding typical 3-star standards. I especially appreciated the freshly prepared coffee drinks (cappuccino, latte, etc.) and the hot food options, including eggs and meatballs, since many similar hotels only offer a basic continental spread. Their homemade berry juice was excellent — I had it both mornings!

The room could use additional shelf space, and the bathroom could benefit from more counter space. One of the towels had a small but noticeable stain, which I didn’t like, though I didn’t bother requesting a replacement as my stay was short. The Wi-Fi was also less stable than in other hotels, and I had to switch to mobile data for 5-10 minutes one evening.

The location is excellent, the room was cozy, comfortable, and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again!!

I really liked the location and the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was also very good, and the staff serving breakfast was excellent.

I didn’t like the self check in approach. I had been driving and traveling prior to arriving and didn’t have a chance to read my emails. The check in required multiple steps from an email sent just before arrival. Perhaps they should warn guests ahead of time to expect an email with instructions for self-check in.

Room could be a little less minimalist in style to feel a bit warmer but I do appreciate the wood floor and cleanliness.

The reception and kitchen staff were friendly and professional. It was a quick walk to the central station. The shower had great water pressure. The small breakfast was well done. The room was clean.

They would only hold bags until 3 pm. Limited staff hours at front desk. The mattress was very firm. Some wear and tear that could be taken care of for a better appearance. The breakfast was small and not a lot of options.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Breakfast was great. The hotel is close to the train station as well as so many other shops, restaurants and the cathedral. We would definitely stay here again!
