ibis KoeIn Messe

Popular location. Professional Staff.Price and Quality.

Nearness to the Messe , clean facility, choice of the food

Door

The location is very good and very well connected

There were no enough facilities in the room like no provision to get hot water. The staff was also not synced with each other like one first day they asked to fetch hot water from the coffee machine on the reception and next day when I was doing that the another staff member rudely stopped me from taking it.

The cleanliness of the room and decent room sizes.

No kettle or toiletries in the room.

Very close to depot for Xmas markets, close to Köln Messe station. Usual good quality you expect from an Ibis. Staff were great, very friendly. Free parking. 24 hour bar

Modern hotel with brilliant rooms for a short stay! Would recommend! Only a short walk to the city centre (15 mins).

Room very quiet and clean

Very expensive the prices in the bar, and the location a bit retire but it s ok you have tram nearby

Good location to tram and train stops, it’s not central to Cologne itself, but very quick to get around, and felt like a safe area. Was clean and overall a good nights sleep, felt the price reflected well to what you receive overall

The rooms are more dated than the pictures show

Clean and quiet room, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff - what more for a business trip, would come again.

It was a little inconvenient to have just one socket for charging the devices.

Parking was excellent. We were in the underground car park for a week whilst we went on a. cruise. The car was safe and off street, which was good as the weather was very hot. We stayed. one night in the hotel.

There were no tea making facilities in the room. We forgot that this isn't always supplied in continental hotels. We should have took our travel kettle.

Check in was a breeze. Breakfast was good vlaue

My only issue was getting from the station to the hotel but that was probably more me.

Great location 30 min walk from the centre of cologne

Room very tired Pillows non existent very thinNo charging by the bed

The location is good as only a short walk into town

Rooms looking very tired No usb sockets or plugs next to bed Pillows with no stuffing

The room I stayed in definitely met my expectations which included having a separate bathroom. The location was good as it only took me around 15 minutes to walk to and from work.

There was nothing I disliked about staying at this hotel as I would be more than happy to stay here again and again.

It's a great location when visiting a concert at lanxess arena or if you're looking for something on the cheaper side

There were no water bottles, the bathroom felt like a bathroom on an airplane

Early check in made it really helpful for us

the plug location was only 1 in the room and outside the bathroom so it was not ideally placed.

Functional. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Clean rooms. Good location.

Futon-style mattresses keep shifting during the night, requiring regular adjustment.

Hotel had Underground Secure Parking. Room was exceptionally clean and bed was comfortable. Adequate Hanging Space for clothing and Hangers.. Really good Buffet Breakfast

Would have been nice to have had a small vending machine for Snacks.

Nice quiet hotel with a lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. Perfectly located for our needs (visiting family)

Although the location was perfect for us, beware it is very busy outside with trams and trains running all night. Soundproofing is great but you might have a problem if you need to sleep with the window open.
