Location is good.

Blinds were small, they didn't cover the entire window length!There was no enough soap/shampoo/shower gel, and we just spent one night there.Someone (drunk I assume) knocked at our bedroom door very early in the morning, it was a stressful situation.

Location was good for walking to local spots and Christmas Markets.

We are almost positive we had a rodent problem. We had an earbud go missing in the middle of the night and the location finder for it located it in the wall. We noticed a hole near the radiator.

It was close to the U-Bahn.

The price paid for one night in such a place was absolutely not worth it. The bathroom stinks. There was a very bad smell coming from the shower area ?.Plus we couldn't sleep the whole night from the noisy street in front of the hotel and from the noisy neighbors in the room next to us.

Location is great, very well connected in terms of transportation and central.

Staff is rude, rooms a bit dirty, but decent. Not unbearable but could definitely be better for the price. Feels more like a motel.

Very friendly staff, always ready to help. The location of this hotel is also just unbeatable, there's lots of stuff to do in very near vicinity. Especially during the wintertime, there were three large christmas markets within walking distance. We hardly heard any noise during our stay, the hotel was very pleasantly quiet even despite the clubs next-door. The furniture in our room was very nice as well, and the bathroom rather spacious. Would definitely recommend.

There is no room cleaning during your stay (not sure if this was just us), and the bedsheets have a bit of an old laundry odor. That's pretty much it as far as complaints go, though, so I think it's very fair for the price point.

The hotel is currently being renovated to install air conditioning, and the rooms are given to guests without being properly cleaned. They were not cleaned at all during my stay. The staff is unprepared and every person gives a different answer to the same question. Overall, a very disappointing experience

Location

Air condition did not work at all. Reported that to the stuff who said "I will report that to technician", knowing nothing would actuall happen. Also, in another room air condition was working, but dripping water on the floor. It seems they have overall maintenance issue.

Shower was fully clogged when we arrived. It fully filled to the brim within 3 minutes of showering. When telling the reception, instead of giving us a new room, the receptionist took about 45 minutes to take hair and other stuff out, as we watched. This not only wasted our time after a long day of travel, but we also missed dinner reservations and it was very frustrating.

Really bad experience.

Staff were rude, toilet lock was not working and was installed incorrectly. Pillow was thin. Reception staff were extremely unhelpful. Manager was even more rude when asking to switch rooms due to toilet door lock not working. The staff tried to give us a one large bed when we had two separate beds. Shower gel and shampoo in the room did not last more than one day and we asked the receptionist to refill it. They did not refill it. I would not recommend.

Never again

Staff did not help at all and was impolite. Wifi was not working.Staff (multiple persons) were not able to help, because they were busy on private phone calls with their girlfriends instead of working at the reception.Room should have been ready at 2pm according to their own email. It wasn't even ready at 3pm.Reception is supposed to be staffed 24/7 according to their email - it wasn't (of course).Shower didn't work properly.

The hotel is terrible in many ways. Wifi has never worked on laptop, on phones and tablets ok but you have to re-connect all the time. I've seen other guests struggle with wifi too. The rooms was not clean when I checked in, found hair in the bathroom. The shower was blocked - this has been reported to the reception on the first night, they only sent someone to fix it on the THIRD day! So I had blocked showed for 2 full days! The safe in the room was not at all working, it has not been fixed at all eventhough they say oh yes we will send someone to fix it. No one ever came..... Overall this hotel was terrible, you should avoid it at any cost.

the staff was very friendly and provided excellent care! the apartment was also even better than i’ve expected, very clean and spacious for one person

The hotel was located in a good position, and the room was spacious. The design of the room was very cool, but the bathroom was not clean. Also, the beds were quite big and very comfortable.

The shower drainage was blocked and it took a very long time to drain the water. The bathroom could have been cleaner, but the rest of the room was perfect.

The Room doors ist not soundproof.Some nights awake I suddenly due to sound of people in Korridor and it is very bad

The hotel was clean and very near to the city center, staff was really kind and helpful.

Everything was good!

Friendly staff and stable WiFi. Room was clean with a large table, chair, a fridge and a kettle, the bed was also fine. Location was extremely central - you can get anywhere you want within minutes by train, bus or subway. And if you prefer to walk - everything IS within a walking distance of 5-15 min anyways.

Older buildings in Cologne may have poor sound isolation - which is normal

Disappointing

I was still sleeping and someone entered the room, I think was the cleaning lady but was 9 in the morning and I still had 2 hour to get out the room but still someone entered when I was still on the bed sleeping.

Its clean and easily accessible from bahnhof . Because i was there on saturday night i was hearing some noise from the clubs outside . But overall i have a good impression about the hotel .

Our room was very spacious and comfortable The location was within a good walking distance and a lot of good food options near by There is a few night clubs below but we were on the 6th floor and the noise was very faint

Check in took too long, the room was not clean and there were no towels or soap.
