The accommodation has no staff, and there is no place to store luggage.It is overpriced for what it offers.

Everything went smooth and the self-checking was very easy to use, and the parking spaces were nice. Tram stop were nearby, making commuting easy to the city centre. Overall, very positive experience.

The level of comfort and cleanliness of the room are excellent.

Everything was good, but don’t expect a nice view. You look out on a parking lot.

Very nice and smooth contact from the hotel staff. Parking space in front of the hotel. Rooms are cozy and the bed is really great. You have everything in a small room, even a kitchen and induction plate for cooking. The extras you get are nice, tea, coffee, water and even ear plugs. Would highly recommend this place!

The beds were very uncomfortable, didn’t get 1 goodnight sleep on our whole trip. Also only had 3 pillows.

From the beginning, there is great communication from the Stayery team. You can get to the property from the Airport using public transport, so there is no need for expensive taxis. Check in is straight forward and the self contained apartment was clean and surprisingly spacious! All the essential amenities are also provided in the room. There are supermarkets and restaurants near by. The tram stop is also very close, for getting into Central Cologne.I actually forgot my book when I checked out and the team posted it back to me in the UK, free of charge, which I thought was great!

The location is good and the apartments have good facilities, comfortable beds and everything that you'd need for a short break.

My room had a terrible chemical smell which I reported and nothing was actioned, I asked to move and nothing happened, only seeing a reception member of staff as I checked out by which point I was furious and very upset. I had a headache the entire time and my asthma played up non stop. Terrible really.Heavy rain which leaked through the ceiling windows. and caused a lot of condensation.The noise! I was upstairs in one of the more expensive "skylight rooms" which was next to the common area. Continual slamming doors every time someone went outside to smoke so I didn't sleep well at all. I actually paid to stay somewhere else on one night as the smell and noise was so bad.The view from the room is off the Aldi car park and a framers yard, which isn't mentioned at booking or in any photos so I had to keep the blinds closed all the time as I was so overlooked by construction workers working on one of the buildings in the courtyard

Apartment was clean and big enough.

Bathroom door was not sound proof or see proof. It didn't close properly.

The hotel was immaculately clean with great amenities. Fantastic roof top garden with the ability to purchase drinks and snacks.

It is a fair walk to the city centre but public transport nearby.

Nice aparthotel in the right area for us. Well designed modern rooms with comfortable beds and an excellent shower room. Electronic check in worked very well.

We stayed in room 7 downstairs. All was great apart from the loud intermittent electric buzz coming from somewhere above, possibly the rooftop terrace area. It was not possible to sleep with window open - and there was no air conditioning. It got pretty hot, even though it was October.

We stayed in this room while attending Gamescom. The accommodation was fine, but nothing extraordinary. The check-in system was a bit unusual (but cool), the location was fairly close to the tram, which was convenient. Overall, it was okay, but not particularly impressive.

There was an occasional beeping sound in the bathroom. After reporting it to the staff via WhatsApp, it stopped quickly and we had no further issues. The price felt a bit high, although the accommodation met our needs and provided the level of comfort one would expect for a short stay.

Roomy, light and airy. Very clean. Bathroom very good and clean, plenty of room. Appreciated coffee machine, fridge and other items and the little shop in the lift. Only a 15 min tram ride to central cologne

They didn't serve breakfast but they have în the room a kichen with everything you need. Parking for the car is insaid the property, easy to use.

The location is central, close to tram/bus station and supermarkets. The wifi is good and the room facility is modern. The kitchen utilities are very useful. You can self-check in and self-check out conveniently. The room is very clean.

The only problem I had during my stay was that the front door's digital lock was not functioning properly on Sunday, and it took me 30 min to get into the apartment building after retrying the code / lock many times, and there was no reception to immediately help you.

Excellent location next to a tram stop, the self check in was awesome. Laundry facilities easy to use, and the apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable.

No air conditioning! Would be good to put in a slit system

Beautiful big room, right around the corner from a good kebab shop and the tram station, Smart TV worked very well and the WiFi was good, very comfortable bed also

Shower let water out from under the door which got the bathroom floor wet, Windows only have some loose inside blinds that don't block light very well

The decoration and the household of the room.

I stayed in room Nr. 3. The room is one the basement, means half only above of the ground.Although who I wrote to the management that I prefer room in the upper floor they gave this in the basement, without any reason!The room has an annoying smelling of humidity and maybe from cigarates.The pipes of the drains from the upper floor create an annoying noice! It is not good design of the drain system at all!The refrigarator made a high noice and I have to switch off it.When I made a self check in the system was not well informed from the booking.com. I had to write all information from the beginning means I lost time. Not well organised.The price of 125,06 € of a small room with all these quality problems made me unhappy. It is hard to recommend this room in this hotel located in Köln Sülz.I am very disappointed for my choice.

The Stayery is well appointed base from which to explore Cologne and other local places of interest, such as Bonn. The local tram service is very regular so you can get to most places very quickly. A travel pass bought in advance will help avoid buying individual tickets; it is worthwhile studying the various tram routes in advance of the visit. There are various eating places close by, of varying quality, but a bit of research will sift out the poorer ones.

It would be useful to have some travelling advice, such as the tram lines, and perhaps a guide to local eateries.
