You can walk to the concert venue, but I wouldn't recommend it at night for women in the winter, as there is an underpass and a few dark places, lined on one side by woods.

I was there with my daughter. The door that was supposed to be locked at night was not, so anyone could just come in. The heater didn't work on our second night. It was fine on the first night and everything was great, but when we got back, it was cold. We wanted to tell someone, but there is no night reception. We had to sleep in our street clothes, layered up, with heavy sweaters on top. I wanted to tell the receptionist the next morning, but we couldn't find her all throughout breakfast. We just left the keys on the desk and left. That's when we saw her outside just smoking. The hotel is okay, one of the receptionists very nice and present, and probably just fine in Summer. Breakfast is okay. I really don't like to write a bad review, but it''s too bad about the door and that I spent my money on a place where the receptionist doesn't really care about her job, and we didn't feel safe or warm. Maybe we just had bad luck.Better to spend a little more money somewhere else.

It was mostly close to the venue. 10€ uber ride to go 5 km!

Bare bones, but ok. Big tricks going by the window but not at night.

Location is ok if you have a car - quick exit from the city. no city noise, free parking available, good breakfasts, nice personel, quick check-in and check out

the only thing I didn't like was that the bed was made of 2 mattresses that were coming apart, the mattresses were too soft for me, but that's just my whim

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was perfect due to a concert nearby.

The room was little dusty.

Room is huge. Parking is free.

Wifi is very slow. No coffee-tea-water in the room. No tea after breakfast. Cleaning staff came to my room 3 times, before check out time, i always said “i do not want cleaning, go” but she tried again.

Very comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom. Everything was very clean. It was really a nice room! Staff was friendly, hotel was close to the concert venue that I was attending to

No kettle in the room

It was clean.

A/C didn’t work, was located on a really dark street which has to be walked down from the bus/tram station if using public transportation. The location is next to an industrial area. The hotel “tries” to be high tech but it’s gimmicky. Make sure the A/C works first. It was ok but not a good cost/value ratio.

Parking included, close to tram station, good air conditioning, free breakfast as a recompensation for booking at higher price than on the day of arrival.

Very clean, free parking.

Parties in the hotel, lots of guests and noisy music and very crowdy. Because of the even the parking was full. Personnel and guests were sitting and blocking the entrance to the hotel.

It was an excellent location with all what you need. If you wish to stop in Koln without paying the green ticket this is the place.

The location is a little bit far from the city. If you want to go downtown you need to take an Uber.

I ask the reception to check in two hours early but she said to me you need to pay 40£ extra..she wasn't really friendly staff..bathroom was really dirty and toilet sink was block

Room was clean. Quiet room. Great location for “Die Kantine” music venue.

Spotty wifi in the lobby made the card machine unable to work.Recommend to pay in advance or bring cash.

Room was clean and good value for money

Limited facilities access. The only vending machine is in the lobby area which is locked at night.

The room was spaciious, well equiped and the breakfast was excellent value.

But there was a lot of noisey traffic and we had the windows oprn to cool the room.

The price was great, the room was alright.

There was nothing available to eat in or around, even the vending machines had nothing.

I liked the location in relation to the festival we were attending (10 minutes walking 'down the road'). The room was very spacious, which was very nice with three people.

Breakfast was expensive, and if you arrived near the end of breakfast hours, some items were no longer available. Wi-fi was available, but sssssssllllllooooooooooooooowwwwwwwww. It took 5+ minutes to load something as simple as the YouTube homepage. Bringing the laptop to get some work done? Forget it.

Nice big shower, comfortable beds, easy to reach transport, good climate controls.
