I loved that the hotel was decorated for Pride. Wonderful breakfast. Fun employee team.

Restaurant was closed for dinner.

Location

We checked in in the afternoon and AC, fridge, and safe did not work. We left to get dinner and was promised it would be fixed. Returned in evening and nothing fixed. We lost baby breast milk and no AC. Night manager refused to fix/give us new room.

The bathroom and room were just perfect.

The construction was a bit bothersome. But all else was perfect. Internet was very bad.

It was comfy, right in the middle of the media park, felt super safe walking around, and Pennys was just a stone's throw away.

The toilet needs attention. There was a stain inside that could use some stain remover. Also, my room view was a bit of a letdown. The tall building next door was literally right in my face, making me feel super claustrophobic

It is the four star hotel, and it lives up to this rating. Location is very convenient for the city. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Service is attending to the needs of guests. Breakfast is worth a special mention, specifically twenty-something teas to choose from, not to mention the sumptuous buffet.

Nothing really. The only thing are directions to the parking: quite cryptic when read, quite helpful when actually followed.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I was especially very pleased that the hotel was environmentally friendly. We stayed during the New Year period, and the complimentary hot mulled wine was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel was also very clean.

In terms of location, it is a bit far from the city center, about a 20–25 minute walk. If you have a baby stroller, it may be a bit challenging.

The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly, accommodating any requests, and providing fast support in any issues. The bar is lovely.

The free WiFi is easily congestioned when most guests are in the structure (early evening), and the breakfast, although impressive in variety, is arranged in a confusing way.Aircon is very loud.I'd also add: paid WiFi? in 2026? c'mon.

water temperature changed every second in the shower, boiling hot to cold. Double bed was two singles pushed together, not ideal.

Very clean, comfortable room, staff was very friendly and helpful! Good location, 15 mins walk from the cathedral but we didn’t mind walking.

Gym was very small with almost no space to workout and limited equipment.

Car park is height restricted - this should be in the description. If you need to park in the city centre, and cannot, it adds a load of time and angst.

Excellent breakfast with lots of options. You can also ordered from the menu which is great and very good quality.

Mattress could be improved, you could feel your partner moving in the bed.

I would say the option for redeeming a coupon in place of a day's cleaning was unique. The location of the hotel was good, near the lake.The bar area and reception well maintained and good

The staff was accomodating however pretty confused on the room selection done by usThe bathroom was not really clean. Pillows had stains on it. It's a shame that you mentioned you have a fitness room and sauna, as they were very small and not what we expected for an NH hotel.

The hotel was really clean. The breakfast was great. We booked two rooms but we had the family room with two rooms with a door in between. It was extremely convenient with the kids.

It was not a major complaint but registration took a little bit long during the check in.

House keeping can be better... They left the new garbage bag in the washbasin and only changed the towels didn't vacuum the place...we stayed 3 nights...

Th location of this hotel is very nice and close to a lot of destinations to visit in Cologne. It is very quiet, the room view was to the lake. The stuff is friendly and we had a nice stay.

The location and the staff was great. Especially if you like to walk it takes around 20 minutes to get to the Dom and also Dom is visible from the rooms with lake view. Rooms are extremely quiet and spacious, if you get hungry late at night there are a lot of options within 100 meters.

I am not sure whether some part of the room is renovated or bathrooms weren't renovated at all but towel hanger has rust on it and you can see that tiles look older than the other parts of the room. When you think about the price point I think the bathroom supposed to be better maintained.

The water toilet was running all night and we was unable to flush it. The price was a little too much, but it is ok due to the fact that we are in the Christmas season :)
