Very nice and relaxed vibe, easy check in and check out, great location. Spacious shower as well.

The room could use a mini-fridge. Extras were very sparse in the room itself but it wasn't a big issue.

We came to watch a show. Location was great and close to restaurants, venues etcNice hotel bar with plenty of games

No wardrobes,less hangers were provided,bathroom glass partition was very small so the floor was getting more wet while taking bath.

The Style and decoration of the place.

People were drinking outside the place (Not fault of the hotel), which made a Little uncomfortable to come back at night and having them there.

The room was nice, clean and spacious.The staff was friendly and nice. The location is perfect for concerts in Paladium.

In our 3 person room it was quite dark due to the design that didn't include ceiling lights. There was no way to adjust the room temperature because it is a central heating system.

The room we got had dirty linens, but the guy at the front desk looked at our room and assigned us a new one which was great. And he gave us drink vouchers for the inconvenience, but there were no to-go options for the drinks so we didn’t end up using the vouchers. Also, whatever incense they burn in the hotel kinda smells like smoke and is not easy on the allergies. Lastly, the gym has just enough equipment to be called a gym

The staff at the breakfast buffet were rude and unwelcoming. A staff member insinuated that we were trying to have breakfast without paying, which led to an unnecessary and uncomfortable confrontation. By the time the issue was resolved, it was almost 11:00, and, as the buffet was about to end, she followed us closely and immediately took the food away the moment we moved to the next station, not even giving us time to react and think what we would like to eat.

The breakfast was nice. Good variety. Lots of space to choose from and relax.

More options to purchase drinks and snacks etc. I felt that the selection was very limited.

Excellent proximity to the Palladium and local public transport

Bar was very busy, with insufficient staff, as a result ordering drinks was slow, and if you wanted to pay with a card you had to pay another staff member.

Good location, near amenities and public transport. Staff nice and whole hotel felt clean.

Chromecast in room was disconnected and they couldn’t fix. No kettle for hot drinks. Shower was off to the side so difficult to wash properly.

The location was perfect for us, as it is only 5 mins walking from the Palladium where we had a concert. We could then park our car and walk to the venue, leaving us with peace of mind. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom had all amenities. Breakfast was very good both in terms of choice as well as quality of the food.

The mattress was not the most comfortable, we woke up with back pain - however it is a minor, considering everything else was really top notch, we would certainly go back.

The location of the hotel, there are so many restaurants around and it is close to a bus station.

I was upgraded to a spacious room that was also at the end of the hallway, so it was quiet.The staff was very friendly and helpful - I made a weird booking and they were very understanding in sorting it out.The location is pretty good. There are lots of restaurants within a couple minutes' walk, and the U line that takes you into the city center is ~5 mins walk (but does tend to be delayed, not that this is Moxy's fault, just an fyi to other travelers)

Like others have said, there is a pretty strong barbeque/grilling smell in the room. I didn't notice the smell on my clothes or jacket, but I definitely noticed it upon entering the room.

Good silent place to stay, around 30min to the centre by public transport. Tram station within few minutes walking.

The shower got clogged after using it.

Was lovely and clean, modern and quiet. Extra points for there being a Five Guys across the road.

The only thing that wouldn’t work was the streaming to the TV. I changed rooms but then my phone kept wanting to connect to the old room… but a minor inconvenience. I just wanted to watch a cheesy Christmas movie

Nice clean hotel. Close to metro and bus. Nice beds. Great shower. Quiet. So everything was perfect for a good night sleep.

The bar personal was quite annoyed the night we were there.

The property was very clean, easy check-in and check-out. They offered a free drink(non-alcoholic) per person on stay, which felt nice and refreshing.

Rooms were a bit congested but all in all, a good deals and a good property. Would definitely recommend when visiting Cologne as the commute was very convenient.

I really appreciated the hotel’s excellent location, as it was conveniently close to everything I needed during my stay. The room itself was spacious, providing plenty of comfort. I also admired the modern design and well-maintained facilities, which added a touch of sophistication. The complimentary welcome drink was a thoughtful gesture and a great way to start the visit on a positive note.

What I didn’t like was that the noise from the hallways carried easily into the room—you could hear conversations, footsteps, and even people running in the middle of the night, which was quite loud and unsettling. The room was also quite warm, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. The bed itself was noticeably high, which can be inconvenient for shorter guests, and the mattress felt quite firm. Additionally, it was a slight inconvenience that housekeeping was only provided upon request rather than being done automatically.
