Staff was very nice. A good selection for breakfast.

Very outdated. Floor had a lot of dips in it.

location - close to main train station and the cathedral, staff very nice and friendly, good breakfast, room was clean and comfortable - The room I was staying in was facing the back of the building, not the front, so it was quiet during the night.

There's no lift but i was aware of this. Wifi in my room wasn't working on my laptop, just on my phone. Probably because it was the last floor.

Breakfast was good. Clean and quiet. Near the train station.

The staff was very nice, a nice and professional lady at the desk stored our luggage even after our checkout!

The location is very close to the main train station and the cathedral. About 10mins by walk.

there is no lift in the hotel, which means you have to move the big and heavy luggage upstairs with a lot difficulties. The staff is not very helpful if you want to storage some food at the reception for a while. Breakfast is basic and limited options compared to others Germany hotels.

Hotel was so close to city center. I think this is so important for city travelers. It was also clean and they present optimum service. The workers of the hotel are also so friendly and helpful. I recommend the hotel for everyone.

Perfect location, only 5 minute walk from the train station. Quiet and clean room. Very good breakfast. Maria and Sevim are great!!! Very kind and helpful.

Excellent breakfast, very good range of produce lots of fresh fruit & breads. Room a good size very comfortable bed, very clean. Fantastic location for visiting local attractions.

Wi-Fi was not the best, the steps from front door to reception may not suit limited mobility customers.

Fantastic warm & friendly welcome at reception, few minutes walk from the cathedral. Room was dated but very cosy it as everything you need, fantastic breakfast selection. Very very friendly people, a delight to have stayed at this Gem.

Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Fresh towels daily. The continental breakfast had loads of really nice choices , fresh baked rolls cheeses hams cereals fruit pastries. Staff spoke little English but were so helpful regardless . All in all a really nice stay x

The breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and very helpful with any queries.

Bathroom tiny. Shower base above 10 inches above floor level. Reception on first floor and rooms on three further floors- no lift!

A clean and comfortable room and a nice continental breakfast. A very good location within a walking distance to the city centre and even to the zoo. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good value for the money, we can definitely recommend.

The furniture was old and the room was in need of renovation.

The staff at the hotel but that does not compensate for the many failings of the hotel and the area around it.

There was constant noise throughout the night and underwear disposed of outside the hotel in the morning. In the street outside drug dealers ply their trade. The hotel has no elevator and if you have heavy luggage and are on the 2nd floor it’s a struggle.

It is near to down town. somewhat loud at night.

The staff were so friendly, helpful and thoughtful. The breakfast was good and with many options. It was no trouble to leave my luggage for a few hours before taking the train. The room was large and comfortable with lots of light. Quiet too as it was at the back of the hotel, away from the street. Central location only around 6 minutes easy walk from Köln Hbf.

A few steep steps to get up to Reception ha ha.

the ladies at reception were friendly but they barely spoke English.

The room on the street was very noisy, but it was impossible to close the window because the handle was broken! Anyway, there's no air conditioning, so you'll either die from the heat or be woken up at night by the noise of the drunks - either way, you won't be able to sleep.The icing on the cake was the planters on the balcony full of cigarette butts and the wifi not working. Very bad value for money, I strongly advise against it.
