Staff very friendly and helpful

Pillows were too soft, WiFi is quite weak at the end of the corridor rooms

Everything was fine. Pleasant staff. Simple room. Breakfast was fine. Location a bit out of the way, though good value for money.

The location was nice and at a quiet area. A lot of bakeries and restaurants at walking distance. The staff was polite.

We had requested for a double bed when given the option, but our room had 2 single beds. There was no heating in the room except for the bathroom, and the room was not clean (the floors, mirrors, etc). Even the tv frame was very dirty. It is extremely overpriced.

This is the perfect hotel if you have a concert at Lanxxes Arena in Cologne. It is about 10 minutes walk and within a quiet residential area. You also have restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The staff was super helpful and polite.

Great location for the Arena. Staff very friendly and efficient. Great rooms and super clean.

Nice staff, although rarely at the reception. Location is good, very quiet neighbourhood, easy to access to the city centre. Very decent breakfast (classic one with scrambled eggs, cheese, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruits and veggies)

Couldn’t find any information about WiFi at the suite and no one was at the desk to ask about it.The bathroom is a bit outdated with a smell from the tap when you open it.

Parking and breakfast are good.Just 2 km to the cathedral and an easy walk or trams available close by.Nice room with large balcony

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, and you need to use public transport to get to the sights. But there is no street noise, it is very quiet, like in a village. You wake up to silence and birds singing. The room is clean, and the towels are changed every day.

There is no staff at the hotel at night (doors are opened with a password). Guests may be noisy and there is no one to turn to in order to calm them down.

room was not cleaned there was still left trash before people who were staying in the room before us i told the reception lady which doesnt speak english i translated to german she said she will check didnt do anything.

Horrible! TO AVOID

- The hotel is sending instructions in German language for tourists visiting from abroad, when you politely indicate that you do not understand, they just ignore. Communication and client service is zero!- It should be clearly indicated in the description that this is not a hotel but apartments hotel: The reception is open 4 hours a day only (without saying how rude was the person we had to deal with during the check out) / There is no possibility to store the luaggage like any other hotel / They provide only 1 key even if the booked room is double for 2 persons)- No cleaning of the room was provided and of course reception is closed and no one to talk with - The room was an oven, even if the outside T° was only around 24°C, inside it was very hot and humid because of the big window reflecting the sunshine. No possible ventilation, I can't imagine how it would be during heat waves. It was impossible to get a decent sleep- After a very bad sleep, there is no possibility to get a coffee in the room. Even the basic hotels provide at least a boiler to prepare a coffee (we are not talking about a coffee machine here!). - Despite the high price of the room, the comfort is very basic: The bed was very hard and the pillows very soft / The bathroom was smelly / The shower door leaking / and There were stains in the carpet of the room- I have stayed in 8 different hotels in the past 2 months, I was lucky to have good experiences everywhere. This place is from far the worst place I have ever been!

I forgot a really expensive JBL speaker in my hotel room, I know exactly where it was so I’m definitely not mistaken, when I realized I had left it I tried to call the property every day for a week, no answer. I emailed, no answer. Even booking.com contacted them and also no answer. A week later I was in Cologne again, staying in a different hotel but I went to this property to ask for my speaker back. They didn’t want to help me. They said I should write down my phone number in case they find it. But obviously I never heard back.

Nothing. I am a frequent traveller for business purposes and this was my worst experience with a hotel.

We found a different room than the one we had booked. No safe deposit box, no carpet, no satellite TV, and generally nothing from the described features. It was for handicapped people and the bathroom was really dirty. No one in the reception to complain about. The reception was closing at 6.00 pm. We called a number complaining and they moved us to another hotel for just one night. Then we moved us back to the first hotel to another room, again with nothing from the described features in the Booking. With all these movings , I lost some serious business appointments. At check out at 6.30 am no one was in the reception ( even if they are saying they open at 6.00 am).

Good size rooms. Close to a tram stop for travel into the City. Very clean. Small parking area available

No kettle in the room. The front door to the hotel was left unlocked overnight with no one on duty downstairs.
