Convient location close to public transpprt (6 minutes)Never met the owner/host but he was very friendly, helpful and communicative - even left Christmas chocolates for us. The room was small but had everything we needed.

Great location in walking distance to Koln Messe

It is a small house, you have to be ready for it.

Lutz and his wife, both, were very kind and attentive. They made me and my sun feel safe and cared for. The room was small but well equipped. All details were wel considered, we had everything we need.

Everything was good.

There is no breakfast, but no problem to get it nearby. Location is superb if you go to Lanxess Arena. Station is very close, easy to find the hotel, just don't use google map , better to contact the owner of the hotel.

The welcome and general information from Lutz was excellent. The hotel is spotless and our room had everything we required. The location is ideal, next to both train and tram stations. Highly recommended!

Quiet location, very close to the expo centre. Many restaurants are in the area.

Very warm reception by the owner Lutz, full of information about the area. Room was of a reasonable size and very clean and well maintained

The only small element was lack of food served on site but Lutz was able to advise us of plenty of excellent local cafes for breakfast and dinner

Helpful and friendly owner. Clean, comfortable room.There's a great pub just down the road.About a 20 minute walk into the city, handy for the exhibition site.

In a quiet area but very convenient for Koln Messe/Deutz Station and for walking into the Altstadt across the Hohenzollern Bridge. We dealt with the owner's son who was very helpful and friendly.

This was not like a hotel our room had a feeling we were at Home. The owner also contacted us many times as we come late and We had very warm welcome. We felt great, very nice hospitality there.

For some very hot days of summer. An AC can be good solution.

Customer service and location are 5stars. The host was very accommodating and available.

We went to Cologne to visit the Christmas markets and liked fact that we were just across the river from the cathedral and the many markets which were just a short(ish) walk away.The proprietor of the hotel was extremely helpful and the room was lovely.

Nothing, for us the ratio of price v's location/quality was spot-on.
