Location close to cathedral and a Starbucks.

Breakfast was a bit pricey.

The hotel is very clean. The room large, with a view of the cathedral.Very central, and close to everything.Breakfast had a good selection of choices.

The breakfast staff, and cleaners very nice, and friendly.However not the same can be said about some of the front desk staff very cold, and not welcoming

Rooms on the station side were nice and quiet and still get a good rooftop view of the cathedral.

Breakfast was pricey so we didn't opt for that.

It’s very well located and makes it really easy to see the city centre and to travel by train to cities/towns nearby. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are nice.

The bathroom is a little cramped and makes getting in and out of the shower slightly complicated.

Location is the best thing of this hotel. Inside the train station and in front of the Cathedral. Staff very nice! Rooms are poor but clean; for one night or two is fine. A bit expensive. Breakfast ok.

Location is superb, just next to train station and köln dom, easy to access every place in köln

Rooms was cold, we came here in january so it was snowing outside, heating wasnt working in both rooms

Practically inside Cologne's central train station, this is a practical and reliable Ibis for those arriving late or leaving early. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good. Plus, we had a view to the amazing Dom.

There was construction going on in the bedroom next to ours, so there was noise early in the morning (but nothing serious).

I like the location and the staff are very helpful. Since it is located inside the main station it's super convenient for travel and food.

Unbeatable location, good sound proofing in the rooms so no street noise, fast internet, easy check in

Entire hotel was full of carpet cleaning team in the morning and smelled very strongly of chemicals. Filthy carpet in bedroom that I dared not walk barefoot or in socks (probably good the carpet cleaners were there!). Very soft bed, was like sleeping in a hammock. Walls of the room and under the bed covered in dust. Staff were cold and unfriendly and offered no assistance with bags. Overpriced room for what I got.

Ideally situated at Cologne Central Station so ideal if you're arriving late at night or leaving very early in the morning. Wifi is good, breakfast is fine, and the rooms are small but clean and perfect for one night with a good shower.

Perfect location: they even have a back door inside the passage of Köln Hbf that you can use room card to open. Right facing the Cathedral, only thing is you hear the Cathedral bells ringing from very early morning. Staff are friendly and courteous.

The location is excellent and you don’t hear any noise even though it’s in the train station. Nice view - you could see the cathedral from our room’s window.

The luggage storage room is quite small and the staff said you can only leave your luggage if there is space. So depending on the hotel’s capacity it might not be an option

Location was perfect near the cathedral and Christmas markets, and so convenient next to the train station.

One of the staff was quite arrogant and rude but the others were ok Room is tiny, no basics such as kettle Expensive given the location is the only advantage

The location is perfect.

No fridge, no kettle, bath towels the size of pot towels, lack of information and very unfriendly staff.
