Room was clean and great for my short stay.

Parking is a nightmare.

Nice hotel, with great breakfast

We paid for parking at the hotel. When we arrived the next evening there wasn’t any parking place left. There is a huge parking problem in that neighbourhood and we had to park at 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Parking fee was returned but would be better not to sell more parking places than what is available.

The bed was sooo nice, very comfortable. Big size, good firmness not hard. Good area, parks around in outsirt of Cologne so very calm,peaceful. Close to Claudius thermal bath,we visited..Nice hotel, nice friendly staff. Thx for coffee in the room.

The full concrete building, looks very cold, and old. Not cosy,warm at all. The aircondition didnt work, thats supposed to heat i think, but just some weird noise came somwtimes from the wall... the A/C was silent, never started, no matter if we switched ON, PUT FAN ON,ETC. Wasnt cold actually, so not sure about that

The hotel was very well located for us because we was going to European Rotors that was 10 minutes walking from the hotel

The price was more than 200€ per nigh; for that price i expect something decent, but the room was the smallest hotel room that i ever saw, the ceiling had stains of old leaks and part of it was just a hole… to make it even worst, our last day the cleaning service woke us up at 8:20 calling to the door what we answer no from bed, he called again at 9:00 and then again at 9:30 to ask as when we was going for cleaning the room (keep in mind that the check-out was at 12:00) so resting well was not even an option, the feeling was literally like if they were kicking us out . On the other hand the personal on the reception was very nice and understanding.

Lovely nice modern room with lots of space. Friendly and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast looked nice although we did not eat it as you paid extra for it!

It’s quite a distance from the centre of Cologne and there’s not really any direct public transport that’s close by to get into the city. It’s around a 45 minute walk which is nice along the river. Theres not really any restaurants nearby and the hotel restaurant seems to have sporadic opening hours - we attempted to eat there a couple of times but it wasn’t open both times.

Very nice room and the staff is very pleasant. Also having drinks at the bar is a nice experience.Breakfast and dinner where very lovely!

The room was tidy and comfortable I could only get a pizza in the evening and they basically werent serving anything else. Not sure of the reason Pizza wasnt great- abit burnt. Hotel is grand. Looks the part from the lobby and outside. rooms nice but service isnt great and food not great. They dont start serving food until 6 i think and there are no other restaurants around

The friendliness of staff at all times, the room size, the quietness at night, room clean and very comfortable, great king size bed, and free bottled water provided.

The location is a little far from Cologne centre, and right in the middle of a residential area.

Location close to Claudius Therme. Comfortable room, friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet, and a good value.

Not much around the hotel-restaurants, etc. Area is mostly residential and industrial being rehabbed.

They never cleaned the room in a full week being there. I had a cup of tea on the Sunday and the cup was still on the side when i checked out on the Thursday ! Room cleaning was non existent. Check in tool 20 mins and was very slow.

Getting to and from it was so easy - the front desk were very helpful. The bar was nice, and service good. Lovely beers though range was limited, but for a quiet bar makes sense. Rooms were lovely and well appointed. Air con worked well. A number of supermarkets etc nearby.

We ate in the restaurant but it was disappointing - already limited menu that could not supply all things listed. For a busy hotel, one would have expected more. Breakfast looked good though on the other side, but we did not partake.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Good breakfast buffet. Convenient location, just a 10 minute walk to the metro station, with two lines to the city center. Very near to the Lanxess Arena.

Good shower - temperature and water pressure was good. The bed is a great size and very comfortable.

It's ok, but it just isn't't worth the price you pay. You can get better quality for the price in the city centre. The restaurants weren't operating on Sunday, but it doesn't specify this from what I could see. The phone to call reception didn't work, so needed to physically go down and ask them to change the temperature on the air conditioning unit. You couldn't change the air temperature from the room.
