Great location, very close to train station and Koln Cathedral. Clean, and comfortable bed.

The room was right sized along with the bed for a single occupant and the location was very close to everything that is in walking distance.

Proximity to the station and the cathedral. The heating works as well and the very easy check in and check out. Breakfast is separate and can be bought on the same day.

Close the window after Lüften to drown out outside noise BUT the noise from out the door can be heard loudly. You can also hear the next door blowdry their hair.

The room is basic but very comfort, had plenty of room & clothes hangers to put my stuff.The shower was great, hot water all the time, clean and comfy.Super close to the train station.

I could use a small desk to work on, maybe the place could have some rooms with desks and ask the guests if they need one.

My stay at Cooltour Hostel in Poznań was great. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Old Town and main train station. The hostel is clean, cozy, and well-organized, with a friendly atmosphere. Staff were welcoming and helpful, making it a perfect base to explore the city.

My luggage was safely stored before and after check-in without additional costs. That was awesome. Automated services especially for the coffee machine.

The option for milk did not work. I instead got plain water, but then, the receptionist came to our rescue and offered a nice cup of tea. 10/10.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is small but you have everything you need to sleep comfortably for a couple of nights.

One of my curtains was not correctly hung.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to the main train station, the Cathedral and many restaurants. The staff was simply great!! Extremely helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was adequate and healthy! I loved those little pancakes!! I had a room facing the front street and it got very noisy especially on a Friday night. I asked if it was possible to change to a room facing the other side of the building. Mohammed and the young lady who worked the next shift were wonderful and helpful. I had a much better sleep my last night there. Custom-service was great!

The noise from the street -- which the hotel cannot help!! Make sure you ask for a room facing the back unless you close the windows at night facing the street side. The virtual check-in was a little cumbersome.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Cologne Cathedral, which is amazing! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in an old building, but it’s perfect for a one-night stay. Would recommend for those looking for a central spot in Cologne.

It is a very good location. Is relatively clean. The materace and pillow were very comfortable.

I asked for two separate beds, and first we got one, than two but there was not really a space to make them apart. The walls are really thin so when someone close the door you could hear everything and everything was shaking. It woke me up few times. The light on the bed was not working and there were no smaller lights available

The room was full of dust so it was not clean.Water pressure on the shower was the worst I've ever had and this made taking a shower last for an hour...The window of my room let cold air in
