Good location, metro station is right next to the hostel.

Every 15 seconds I had to press the shower faucet control to get water for shower.

Very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, cozy interior has a home vibe to it, diverse guests from all backgrounds was a plus. Price was excellent, rooms were warm in the winter, towels are free to use, and there’s free bread, butter, and cream cheese for breakfast

It was such a beautiful staycation. I love how clean and safe I felt staying there. I stayed in a three sharing room and my roomies were friendly and we also got to hangout and explore Cologne. It is super close to many attractions and transportation is easily accessible.

Everything! Actually I had unique experience since it was January and snowy and due to the weather condition lots of trains were cancelled and lots of guests to the hostel cancelled their trip or arrived later, so I had the whole room with bathroom in the room for my own. It was a room with 3 beds, so I chose the separate bed near the window with a wonderful view of the city. The room and the bathroom were really clean and tidy. The location is very very central, nearby it's full of different restaurants from different cuisines, bakeries and cafés, and the metro is immediately next to the building and the entrance of the hostel, so that you literally need less than 2 min to come down stairs, enter the metro station and come to the train. It was also close to all the sightseeing spots. The common kitchen was also nice, you have free fruits, coffee and tea there. The stuff is also extremely polite.

The staffs were super super nice!!! They got me very detailed instructions since I was a late check in, and everything went very smoothly. I also forgot my keys two times and they kept them for me. Always big smiles on them.There's a public area with a full kitchen, which is, as I've traveled to many cities in Germany, very convenient for a budget traveler. Tram station is only 10 seconds away. Room is always clean and the housekeeper is very thorough.

The hostel placed at good location, not to far from the city center. Its clean everywhere inside and well organized. There is a kitchen where you can cook your own food. And staff is friendly and helpful. Thx for good time I had spent

The kitchen facilities, the space and cleanliness of the room were really good.

The lockers didn't lock(even use the padlock). Also, the way the beds were arranged was so that one person's feet were at the same level as the other person's head, which was really uncomfortable.

The staff were very informative and friendly.

I wish there were more than one toilets but that's a small matter.

This hotel is just above the underground station with a great connectivity across the city. The rooms were okay but clean. The most amazing thing is their shared kitchen. You will always have plenty of food from them and the free foods from other guests. The staff were fantastic and super cooperative.

I stayed in a shared female dorm. The room.was a bit smaller for four people. I specially don't like placing two beds just next to the door.

The hotel is very nearby the metro, and also very clean, with a good price, my friend and I has a good rest there! Wonderful

The mattress was AMAZING. I remember hearing people rolling in bed from time to time but the bed itself was very comfy (and even the pillow was alright), and that's a normal hostel experience. The room was very warm. The shared kitchen was very comfy, with free tea/coffee. Lots of sweet people met on my way, and the receptionist, Irina, is very attentive and friendly. Just 2 stops from Music Hall for those who come for the concerts. Overall, a pretty good experience.

I wouldn't say it's crucial, but maybe a few points to mention for further improvement. I booked a bed in a 4-bed dormitory, it was a tiny room I'd say. For those who come outside Germany: you should roll the key in the door until it CLICKS, and then it's open (I had some probs with opening the door :D). Maybe it would be great to get some more privacy with the curtains and overall to have at least a larger shelf near you. The charging station wasn't working for me so I was plugging my phone from the common socket (2 of them in the room).

staff was nice and friendly. there is a bar downstairs. the metro is just in front of the building. (transfer needed mostly)

It was a terrible experience. The moment we entered the room, there was a very strong smell. This smell coming from the toilet made it very difficult to stay in the room. We couldn't sleep properly. We stayed in room no 10, and it smelled really strong. The price was very high for the room's conditions. We were also cold in the room. The heater was barely on. In addition, we had to transfer to the metro to get to the city center, which made the duration of transportation longer.

The bed was comfortable and clean.

Bathroom was dirty!

The hostel was amazing! There was also free breakfast and the other guests were nice. It was my very first solo travel in a 6 mixed dorm and couldn't be better. The staff was very helpful and kind as well.

Even though everything was clean, the toilets were too small for the amount of people on the floor.
