Spacious, comfortable and large shower.

Very central to the train station and local attractions. Very easy to get around. The room was very quiet

At check in I told management that I was uncertain of travel plans and would possibly be leaving a day early. I asked if they would refund the fourth night of stay and they said only if they were able to rebook the room. I did leave a day early and my fourth night was not refunded. So traveller beware if you book this hotel and your plans change they will not refund you the nights you didn't stay. I've never had this experience when travelling and for this reason I would not be booking this hotel again.

Being on the top floor, seeing the trees, quite and sunny. Spacious room and good location.

Having to climb to the top to get to my room for checkin and checkout, lucky I had light luggage.

Fantastic location. The staff were lovely – they even upgraded our room for free. The room was spacious and clean, and it was well equipped with a kettle, tea, coffee, water, and a fan. We had some minor issues with the hot water, but the staff were very attentive and did their best to help us sort it out. Due to its central location, some may find it a bit noisy at night if the room faces the street, but we didn’t have any problems with it when the windows were closed.

The hotel is located in the small and narrow part of some old building, so it has weird passages and weirdly located elevator. Finding my room while also carrying my luggage was challenging. During the check-out I even preferred to just use stairs in order not to deal with that elevator again

Our stay in Cologne was great. We enjoyed our walk to town and visiting the area. Room was clean and comfortable. The room was facing the street but the windows kept the noise out.

The refrigerator was not cold.

Cost for what you get.Bad was like in a hostel.Impossible to breath in the room! No proper ventilationLack of privacy . Shared balcony- the rooms next to me can hop in theory, or watch me when they sit in the balcony, which is a huuuge reason I choose hotel for my solo travel.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The receptionist, a lovely Turkish girl, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and just a short distance from the city center. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a very pleasant experience overall. Highly recommend this place for its great service and convenient location!

The place was so loud at night i couldn’t sleep because of the night club next to the hotel.

Only 20 min walk away from the main cathedral. Comfortable bed. Easy check-in and checkout process.The only issue was the shower door not closing properly, which caused a proper mess when we had to shower because the water was flooding the bathroom. Would suggest to get it fixed or it will ruin the facilities

Clean hotel, rooms as pictured. Nice staff, location was a 25 min walk to the old town.

Rooms are a little warm so you need the windows open. Loud area at weekends all night.

The location was right in the city center, the bed was confortable and the staff was ok.

I really wanted to give a bigger grade like an 8 or 9. But the fact that i didnt have hot/warm water and the radiator was not working was a big problem for me. I think one of the most important things for an acommodation is to have proper temperature in the room and for the water. Maybe i will give the hotel a second chance in the future because this was the only problem that occurred

Great and central location, only 20 minutes walk from Cologne central Station and Cathedral. The staff was super helpful. The room was comfy and quiet. Definitely a great value for money for a short city break.

We particularly enjoyed the easy, five-minute stroll to the iconic Cologne Cathedral.Our room, while a bit on the smaller side, was equipped with all the necessary amenities, which we appreciated. We were aware of the room size beforehand, so it wasn't an issue for us. The hotel's proximity to the city's attractions made it a perfect base for exploring Cologne. We could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and historical sites. Additionally, there is paid parking available nearby, which was convenient for us.Overall, our stay at Hotel Innception was pleasant and convenient. The excellent location, friendly staff, and well-maintained amenities made it a memorable experience. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally-located place to stay in Cologne.

room is a bit small but accommodating. seems like many night club nearby. but it was after new year. and all of them were closed

The rooms had a plumbing problem and had a bad smell, the staff told me they can't fix it as the rooms are fully booked, which I found an inadequate response to the degree of smell coming from the bathroom.
