Pros +
- Location. Breakfast.
- Very poor
- Very accommodating and helpful staff! I wish I had caught the name of the gentleman who helped us check in and figure out parking our car! Rooms were exactly as pictured, small but very clean!
Cons -
- Room was a coffin. Space for your body using toilet was ridiculously cramped. Walls are paper thin and can hear other guests chat. Door lock was broken, and front lady woman was ignorant about it.
- The room is extremely small for a price of 75 euros per night, basically just a narrow corridor between the bed and the door. The shower is very narrow, and in the bathroom there is no proper door, only a sliding one that doesn’t fully cover the opening not even a fanRidiculous for this price. I do not recommend
- Shower gel was terrible, the window roller blinds were hard to use which limited their use, windows let in quite some sound from the street even when closed

Nice cosy hotel with great staff. Very clean, also breakfast was nice
Rooms are very small but enough for stay trough the night. Also walls are quite thin.
The room and bathroom were both clean and comfortable.
The hotel was very loud. The doorbell kept ringing throughout the night and we could hear all the guests coming and going due to thin walls/doors. Not the most peaceful sleep.
All facilities were as expected and nice
The walls are incredibly thin, despite saying they are soundproof. We might have been lucky that we stayed when there were no noisy guests around.
I liked the rooms . Very modern , big bed.
Can’t say , only stayed overnight and left early .
Nice clean room, got good connection to the city center and you can do it by foot.
No airco in summertime
Proximity to the arena and city centre.
The room was not clean. Urine stains on the toilet seat, hair on the bed and dusty surfaces.Stayed 5 nights in total, requested room service after two. The bathroom bin was not emptied (a must for any woman) and my towels were not changed, unclear what room service provided as it appeared exactly the same as I left it that morning. The staff were abrupt and rather rude which I can get past but the urine stains on the toilet seat which I had to clean upon arrival - I can not hence the need to write my first Booking review.Did not feedback in any of the above during the time as I was working 14 hour days which was the main priority.
Location is perfect, staff is very kind. Breakfast is good (hint: the sandwitches are in the closet. unfortonately I noticed this after I finished Breakfast...). Bed is perfect.
I paid way to much for this hotel. It was nearly 300 euro's for a super simple hotel room. This makes me more critical. The shower was overflooding, so this disturbed my refresh moment. Rooms are small and the hotel is very noisy. Walls are thin. You cant make the room dark so prepare to wake up early.
Even if a little bit tiny, the room was well equipped, nice and clean. I had a view on the garden (room number 13). The breakfast buffet was good and proposed various dishes.
The mattress was not as comfortable as wished. The room was not very well protected from neighbor's noise but to be frank mine were very noisy.
Near trade fair complex (Koln Messe), you can come by walk. The hotel is near train station also can come by walk. Clean. Good breakfast. Kind stuff, I asked for the iron and to call me a taxi - no problem about this. Also, late check in was without any problems (they sent me instructions for entering and key take over).
Rooms are small, it's a sleep-over hotel, there is no some extra comfort. It's a building separated on 20-30 rooms so your neighbors are near you can hear the doors although they were all quite most of the time. It's a place to stay over the night or two for the fair or city visit. The price could be lower, but in the fair trade season the prices are higher concerning the location.
The location and the very kind woman at the reception.
The doors and walls are not sound and light proof as stated in the description so there is bright light coming from the corridor at night from the doors and windows and you can hear anything that happens in all other rooms and corridor.
The owner is super friendly and very helpful! The hotel is in a great location in Deutze. The tram station is just outside. In general! I was very Happy with my stay.
No AirCon or FanNo kettle
I arrived late in the evening. The reception was already closed, but the keys to the room were left in advance. Because of this, there was a mix-up with the numbers and the owner thought that I had not arrived and had not prepared breakfast. Yano, seeing me in the morning, quickly prepared everything and got my room ready.
There is a very rude woman working at the reception.
Only Location and room is clean.
The room is extremely small, leaving no space even for a few steps of walking. It was uncomfortably hot, as there was no air-conditioning, and opening the window let in a lot of noise from outside. There was no water kettle provided, so it wasn't possible to make hot drinks in the room. The breakfast was disappointing, limited selection and lacking fresh options. Although breakfast is advertised as being available from 7:00 to 10:00, once I went at 9:00, most of the food was already gone.Overall, the stay felt overpriced compared to what was offered specially for the breakfast.
Clean, tidy, comfortable and perfect for what we needed. Property very accommodating for late check-ins.
Location is great. Just 10 min walking distance from Kölnmesse and there are lots of markets, restaurants etc. around it.
Room was very small and there was no door in the shower. Floor got wet after shower.
Hard
The bedding didn't smell clean. They smelled of sweat. The place is reallysmall.
