Friendly staff, good location near public transport, super soundproof double windows, Bluetooth speaker in the room.

Bad

Although I did not end up staying at the hotel, my experience during communication was крайне negative. The staff showed no willingness to engage in dialogue or assist with questions. All issues were redirected exclusively to Booking, with no attempt to help directly. This level of customer service is disappointing and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not consider this hotel chain in the future.

Hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for visiting exhibitions. Special thanks to Denis for his constant support and assistance.

The area around is far from being safe, no nice restaurants around,

From the staff to the room, everything was wonderful. Cozy, clean rooms, great breakfast. Easy access to the train and cathedral. We love the NIU for a good value. Köln is our favorite so far.

Comfortable beds and rooms, excellent wifi. The staff was very helpful.

The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and the noise insulation was great! We also liked the breakfast, there were plenty of options to choose from and everything was very tasty. Even though the hotel was not very close to the city center, there was a train station and a metro station nearby, which made commuting super easy.

Unfortunately we received a phishing message via Whatsapp from someone who was impersonating a Booking employee. This person was asking us to open a link and provide our personal details on a website that looked like Booking.com. Most of our personal details were already filled in, which made us believe that our information was leaked somehow. Neither someone from the hotel nor from Booking.com could explain why this happened. We didn't fall for the scam in the end, but I think the staff should have been more proactive and give us a response or explanation about this incident.

Comfortable bed

The floor was not well cleaned, and the sink was clogged.The price of the room plus parking was too high.

The hotel left a very positive impression. We really liked the convenient location close to the metro and the comfortable, pleasant neighborhood, which made it easy to get around the city.A big advantage is the on-site parking, as well as the pet-friendly policy, which was important for us when choosing the hotel.Other than that, everything was excellent.The breakfasts were outstanding — very tasty, varied, and truly impressive.Overall, a comfortable hotel that we would confidently recommend.

The only downside was the pet fee, which felt a bit high — €25 per night for a small 3 kg dog. A more flexible or size-based pricing policy would be appreciated.

Far from city centre . Too expensive for 1 night without basic standard facilities : such as coffee /tea kettle in room

People were very friendly. Room was very clean and nicely decorated.

There was no fridge in the bedroom. And also it was hard to contact them through phone as there was no direct number to contact the staff from the hotel.

We were only there 1 night and do not have any complaints.

I loved the room, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and with different options : vegan, a few lactose and gluten free food. The bread they had was very good. I love the water with lemon at the reception so we could refresh at arrival. Although it faces the road, the windows completely shut down the noise. Amazing!

The only note is that we had a few breadcrumbs under the bed. We alerted the reception, they alerted the cleaning lady, but she didn’t vaccumed it. Have also to say they immediately asked if we wanted another room. Since it would be just another night, we didn’t accepted.

Bar man Jimmy was fantastic very polite and very helpful.
