Adina Apartment Hotel Cologne

everything.. great location. lovely room, friendly staff, just ideal

Breakfast was amazing. There were a lot of options and staff were pleasant.

To replenish water, coffee, sugar and tea every day in the room especially for guests with longer stay.

stuff was lovely and the facilities were amazing.. the only thing that i did not appreciate that much about our room is that we couldn’t really open the windows because they were like glass walls; i could’ve also preferred a bathtub over a shower, but that is just my personal opinion:))overall, great accommodation; fantastic job adina team!

The location. Easy access and close proximity to the train station into central Cologne.Breakfast was ok.

Before going into details of my review, I want to say that this would have been the second time at an Adina hotel. The first was in Leipzig and that experience was wonderful! So much so that that experience made me to give Adina a second try. This time in Cologne.I can say upfront, Adina Cologne was by far the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel I've stayed in.Now to what I did not like about the Adina hotel in Cologne:1. Rude staff at the front desk. Did not matter the shift: day or night. Zero customer service. Please train them. It should not cost much for a basic customer service.2. Dirty room. For the amount paid for my entire stay, about 900 euros, I would expect at least a clean room. Behind the TV has never been cleaned. The bathroom was disgusting with pubic hair everywhere. Gross. No sponge to wash any dishes. No paper towels. (If reached out by an Adina staff, I can provide the room number)3. The Sofa bed was the absolute worst. Thin mattress. I was basically sleeping on the coil. Then this hotel had the nerve to charge 70 euros. Now I'm left with looking to get a massage after 3 nights of terrible sleep on a "sofa bed" that might as well have come from the prison.4. Dirty swimming pool. Full of hair. Did not have the courage to get in the pool. I booked the hotel also for its pool. Please have that pool throughly cleaned.

Good location with good sized rooms. Good value for money. Kids eat free at breakfast buffet.

Short staffed at times particularly on front desk and at breakfast buffet when it was busy.

Family room was great for 3 adults- spacious and the kitchenette and laundry facilities were perfect for traveling . Breakfast was excellent ; good location to train and short walk to visit the cathedral and Christmas market.

Big rooms with cooking facilities, washing machine, pool and sauna. The air conditioning allowed you to reduce the temperature by-2. It was good once it got going for a few hours.

The air conditioner should be turned on a few hours prior to guests arrival. That would make the you more comfortable on arrival and the room not musty. As with all modern buildings there is no airflow unless the air conditioning is on. You can’t open a window.

This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip! The bed was probably the most comfortable we experienced during our travels—such a great night’s sleep. The location was fantastic too; we enjoyed a lovely walk across the bridge to the Dom, which made exploring the city even more special.The indoor swimming pool was another favorite, especially for our daughter—she absolutely loved it. The hotel itself is very new and stylish, and staying on the top floor made it even better with no neighbors above us, adding to the peace and quiet.A modern, relaxing stay in a perfect spot—we’d definitely return!

Food and location were outstanding

Room was poorly light and bedding with hot duvet was not comfortable.

Good location, very nice facilities (fitness room, pool sauna)

Kitchenette was missing a few basics (tea towels, salt and pepper).

The breakfast and location were perfect

Besides the little parking space, every other thing was good.

OK but kitchen was not as useful as I hoped

For this hotel being an apartment hotel with kitchen appliances I assume there are the bare necessities in the apartment. Don't get me wrong you had stove top, oven, dishwasher, sink, washing machine. But things such as a dish towel, baking paper, at least one sharp knife for cutting or a cutting board where nowhere to be found, which in my. Opinion makes the kitchen area a little bit useless. I tried to cut vegetables with the only somewhat sharp knife, a bread knife on the side of the sink. And let me tell you, that was a slaughter. This definitely could be improved.

I really liked the room: it was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very polite and sweet. Good location near a train station and a beautiful park near by.

Gym was very small and had only dumbbells and couple of treadmills. Would be good to have at least normal adjustable bench and a barbell.

Good location, clean and well equipped rooms. Staff friendly and helpful.

lovely clean property. staff were very eager to help and even helped us book some tickets for an event on thier computer !

Location was excellent

A little over priced but it was during Carnival time

Check in was easy and pleasant. Room is nice and with and with everything included. (Although I think there should be a kitchen towel)Great soundproofing. The ac settings are confusing with no instructions.We asked for towels twice until we got them hours later .

The room was nice and clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen in the little apartment was fully stocked and even had a small dishwasher.

We asked for two beds which they provided but they were single beds.
