Very slow check in.

Close to the airport; there are not many choices for this location

Almost nothing other than the location: the room is poorly designed (shower awkward to use); no garbage bin except for recycle bins; many parts of the room dusty; worst of all, for a hotel of this price, there is no coffee machine or water kettle inside the room, and you have to pay for them at the lobby

Location, cleanliness and everything just perfect.

Hard to say, only one check-in counter for 4 customers, but that's close to nagging. So nothing actually loved the stay

More character than expected for an airport hotel. Great indoor & outdoor space with natural light, many games, separate lounge areas and a full bar. Room was standard, efficient size with everything we needed for 1 night stay. Breakfast buffet was great with plenty of diverse options.

Requires some uncovered / outdoor walking, which was very quiet late at night. Perfectly fine the following day when other airport customers were around.

Traumatizing

A guy just randomly entered our room at 9:20 in the morning. He knocked the door and we screamed NO WE ARE HERE. He still opened the door. This is just UNACCEPTABLE. My husband chased after him and asked why he entered although he heard us inside. The guy asked if we were Arabic, quite irrelevant question. Then, he said there wasn’t ‘Do not disturb’ card on the door handle. We said ‘but you heard us inside?’. Then finally he said sorry.

I like hotel location and design - it is very nice. I really like the airport design and roof top teracce and bar.

Very low offer of food in the night - at 10pm there was just some falafel and humus sandwich - it should be better if many people arrives late night and leave early in the morning.

Super location before flying from Koln Airport

Well organised. Quiet and very clean.

Hotel rooms are tidy and have all the essentials. The hotel is right next to the airport, very convenient when you have an early flight.

Good breakfast. Friendly staff. 24 hour front desk. Welcome drink. Big room.

No shampoo in the dispenser, no bottled (stil) water

Amazing location for travelers, good stuff, clean rooms, good breakfasts, nice aircon, nice and comfy bed. You won't hear any plane noise

The room didn't have a phone to the reception that was odd

All dispensers in bathroom were empty, no shampoo, shower gel, conditioner. It was pretty disappointing to wad your hair with handsoap alk what they had :(Check in after midnight was long and needed 3 people to read my passport. Disappointing..We got a connecting room without asking us if we accept. It was not very convenient to spend our morning with neighbours...You could hear the aircon switching on and off all times in the night :/

Location at the airport Rooftop experience

1. Absolutely horrible customer experience; the worse encounter I’ve ever had with hotel reception staff over decades of world travel We booked and stayed for 3 nights and no effort was made to clean our room, give us clean bed sheets or clean towels. And when I went to ask for help, they told me we should have booked ahead for these basic housekeeping services. And they declined our request for clean towels and bedsheets because ‘the people responsible for these had gone home’.

Great location, very clean and good breakfast

I paid my reservation in cash during my check in, however, after check out they charged 119,70 € in my card registered in Booking for mistake. I’m waiting still for my money back. I’ve called to the hotel several times and they only say I need to wait!
