The spaciousness, the comfortable bed, close to the Messe and the tram.

Many lamps not working TV, bathroom door didn't close, cutlery and dishes dirty.

Location is perfect The bathroom is recently renovated and big enough

1. The key code can not be changed. Same key code for the apartment entrance and for all rooms!!! One night, an another guest opened our door!!!2. You can't reach the host via WhatsApp mobile no. I tried to reach him a few times and couldn't reach him

Nice apartment at a good price

The apartment was in the 4th floor and there is no elevator in the building. The area is quite full with cars so to find a parking spot wasn't easy

Staying for one night is more than long enough. Access to the property was good using coded keypad This property is not suitable for people unable to climb stairs. The room is extremely small. And in my opinion of a satisfactory to poor condition. The room was not clean and had a shabby appearance. The wall was badly damaged from the door handle, the bedroom mirror cracked, net curtains stained brown . The glass bathroom door streaky and dirty. The tv remote batteries were dead, a total lack of attention to detail . I would not recommend staying at this apartment - sorry for my brutally honest review. This is how I saw it.

The room was small but had everything apart from WiFi but we had data so didn’t bother us. The balcony was a good touch and it was spacious

Close to the station, easy access.

Walls are a little thin so could hear the group next door.

Not a hotel! Flats converted to air b&b style rooms - which is absolutely fine, just don't call it a hotel! Room was nicely decorated but incredibly small. Neither bedside lamp had a bulb in it, coffee machine had mugs but no spoons. Free WiFi did not work whatsoever - called management, who encouraged me to connect to an unsecured connection that my device immediately flagged as fraudulent and a security risk. We chose not to use it! 'Restaurant' is a kebab shop underneath the flats...

The room was well decorated, clean and the facilities was great. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large and spacious. I liked the extra cushion option and the fridge & coffee machine very great additions.

The only thing I did need was an iron and ironing board as my clothes needed pressed. I used the radiator in the bathroom as it has clothes hanging on it but really did need an iron. Also a few more coat hangers would be great.

Nice bed, easy to check in by yourself

There was still a used a-tip sticking in the bin. The coffee mugs seemed to be cleaned by hand: there was still coffee on the edges and the mugs smelled like coffee. There were small, i think, bloodstaines in de the sheets.

Loved the space, it was comfortable and spacious, and the host was very welcoming and friendly! We very much appreciated the slightly early check in!

The shower doors were a little tricky in terms of entering the shower / space as they turned inward.

The property was near the ANUGA trade fair (only 2 stops away with the tram) and very close to the main train station (only 2 stops with the S-Bahn. The location was very convenient to move around Cologne. The room itself was spacious enough, clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed. I had no connection issues with the wifi! The staff was very helpful to help at any time, also with my request of an early check-in, which was really convenient for me due to my inbound flight. I would definitely stay again there, on one of my future trips to Cologne.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was very good. I can only suggest this property.

Property was big and extremely well kept.

It didn’t bother either me or my friend but the apartment is on the fourth floor with no lifts for anyone who may be concerned with this.

Great help from Grill Restaurant even though this accommodation/apartment is without a front desk. The Grill Restaurant on the ground can solve all problems during your stay. Thanks for your help, Osan. Please do remember to enjoy your lunch or dinner in the Grill restaurant. Reasonable pricing & delicious!

Could be more clean

Clean house, complete in amenities.Has kitchen, nice bathroom and good bed.Heating worked well.Easy to find and access with a code.

No parking nearby, i got lucky to find a place but if you are unlucky it can be a huge problem.NO ELEVATOR, was not easy to climb to 3rd floor with a child and bags.No physical lock existing on the door - anyone with the code could enter the apartment, didnt feel safe.The owners didnt make the sofa bed even though it was known that we would be 3 ppl. Luckily that sheets and covers were available.Owners did not comunicate in English even though I asked. Not nice.

No internet, no cups for coffee machine,lamps not working,no loo roll, no one to ask about any problems

Simply self check inn! Quiet neibourhood!
