The bed was comfortable.

We had a do not disturb sign on the door but our room was entered anyway.

it was clean, nice lady at the reception when we checked out, the late check-in was very easy and worked well

sadly no elevator, the stairs were very slim

The room and the interior of the hotel were clean. The environment was quiet and completely calm. Access by private car was easy, and messages were answered quickly, Considering that there were no hotel staff after 6 p.m. and my check-in was online

The parking location was good, but it was not free (14 euros). According to the hotel’s response, this was a two-star hotel, and I should not have expected a refrigerator in the room, drinking water bottles, or even glasses. A coffee machine or an electric kettle was completely out of the question. We were three people, I reserved for 2 adults and one child .and the room was much smaller than we expected, although for one night it was not too uncomfortable.

It's at the edge of the environmental zone, the city centre is easy to reach by public transport

The hotel is quite outdated, needs some renovation

Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a quiet place to live near the city center. Grocery shops and public transport are located close by.

Silent and clean.

No lift. And we were with kids. Too many stairs at midnight

Beautifully decorated room which was super clean. Staff super nice and helpful.

No air conditioner and in full afternoon sun the curtains and windows were left open. Understandable that an air conditioner is too costly however all other cost free things should be done to keep things cool for guest arrival.

Missing Air con in the room , breakfast could be improved , drinks and food choice limited , stairs are quite steep and with luggage have to pay attention

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The room was too hot.

The check in process is simply ridiculous. Hadn’t we encountered another guest who retrieved our keys, we’d had to slept on the street or booked another hotel. We tried to call the customer service support and there was no response. The hotel is VERY far from the center of the city.

Location was great, quite area

Not much not to like,it was a little far out from city centre,but trams/trains taxi close by,some facilities in the room mite have been nice but cafe across the road from hotel

The hotel has everything you need, very comfortable beds, very clean facilities and the friendliest staff! It’s in a great location next to a shop, bakery and down the road from a pub and only a short walk away from the tram station! The room was very affordable and we would 100% stay again if we came back!

Reception not open after 6pm! We left our baggage but had to return before 6 to claim it before reception closed, only hinderance there was and we had a close call not making it back before 6 because of the traffic! However the staff was lovely and did stay the extra 15 minutes to await our arrival after calling them to let them know! Other than that perfect

Location, staff, room were all excellent

Tomas the receptionist is an asset to this Hotel, he is a good hearted individual who makes guest feel comfortable, also with a bus stop right outside the hotel it makes it really convenient getting into the city center.

Clean, convenient, comfortable the communication from Thomas the manager was excellent to booking and throughout our stay. What ever our request was, was granted if possible and in such a professional and pleasant manner from all of the staff, must say that it was, and is the best place I have stayed in Germany for the price. Special thanks once again to Thomas.

The room was very clean and it was situated at a nice and peaceful location. The station was also very near to the hotel, hardly 5-10 mins of walk. The owner was very sweet, he provided us morning coffee as a complimentary. I will surely recommend this place.

There is nothing to dislike.

I stayed here one night in order to go to a gig at Die Kantine (about 30 minutes' walk away). The hotel was ideal for the purpose. The room was clean and well-equipped. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Wi-Fi worked well. Quiet location a couple of minutes' walk from a quiet stretch of the Rhine - an impressive view. Good breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff.
