- The rooms are more comfortable and roomy than the photos show. The staff is very friendly. We couldn?t sleep and were relaxing in the lobby and the gentleman made us camomile tea. I was travelling with my mom and sister, and it was perfect for us!

- The location was excellent, about 10 minutes from the bologna centrale rail station or a 20 minute bus ride from the airport. There are plenty of shops and restaurants next to the hotel. The staff at the hotel are really nice.

- We booked and paid for a triple room. But when we got there they noted we were 2 people and confirmed we were just 2 so they gave us a room for 2 people. What does it mean then to book and pay for a triple if they don't honor the booking?
- The air conditioner in the room did not work well at all. In 85 F heat with 90% humidity in early June be prepared to sweat all night. Also the drain in the shower was clogged up and the water wouldnt drain for an hour after taking a shower.
