- Free breakfast and walking distance to other food options. This hotel is very busy due to its proximity to Heathrow; however, we had to take a £50 shuttle to get back to the airport since it's not so accessible.

- I made the booking thinking it was located at terminal five I was very disappointed of the location. Had I known I would not have booked my airline ticket or the hotel. I think it was misleading. Did not appreciate it.

My room was very quiet. I appreciate that very much.
