Just 4 minutes’ walk from Cosham town center, the The Red Lion by Innkeeper's Collection offers rooms with attached bathroom alongside its bar and pizza kitchen. Innkeeper's Lodge provides free parking and WiFi and is around 10 minutes’ drive from central Portsmouth. Each room has a TV and tea and coffee facilities. There is also an en suite shower with a hairdryer. The restaurant offers burgers, salads and wraps in addition to its homemade stone-baked pizzas. You can enjoy barbecue chicken, pulled pork or a variety of vegetarian pizzas and tempting calzones. Staff are just the best. Friendly, helpful, and good humored no matter how much they are running around doing 100 things. They totally make this place successful.

Cons -

Food was marginal
nothing to comment on, met my expectations.
It is visually everything you want if youre looking for old charm and nostalgia. It has a bit of make do and mend about t that is fine for a few days but could be annoying if you are there for a week. All the positives make it a good trade off, tho

- For my purpose the location was good.- Friendly staff- Good local food- Good bed- Flexible parking

- Small room, dated design- One size smaller and wobbly toilette rim- Shower gel / soap container empty, not checked - refilled after request- Expensive, for what it is
