The location for this hotel was amazing - right in the heart of downtown. And the staff was very nice.

Cons -

We had a handicapped-accessible room, and I cannot imagine a person in a wheelchair possibly accessing this room. Most notably, the whole bathroom flooded every time the shower was used. Not safe or sanitary. It needs to be re-graded to drain correctly.
Housekeeping was occasionally, somewhat lousy, but when I reported the matter to the management, they stepped up and met my expectations.
The decor is not to my liking, but that is a matter of taste. The furnishings were new and in good condition. It would be nice to have a lobby area where one could sit if one needed to get out of the room (while it was being cleaned, for example).

Everything worked. It is the most efficiently run hotel I have ever stayed in, and that is saying a lot since I have traveled all over the world. The manager and other staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating and made my six-day stay great.
