- It is convenient to the life sciences centre
- All the staff (reception and breakfast) were so friendly and helpful - they were a real credit to the company. The cost of the hotel was incredibly reasonable and, for the price (which included a good choice at breakfast) exceeded my expectations.

- The area overall was trashy, the beds were uncomfortable, the heating was broken (it wouldn't turn off), and they had a policy that we couldn't keep our dog in our room when we were gone. That last part was the worst. Not written anywhere
