The layout of the room was really good.
Fantastic location next to the Tyne. Parking available but it is Â£15 per night so be aware of this. The staff are superb could not do enough for us. Very modern hotel a bit of an up hill walk to town. Ginos is the main restaurant.

Quite a few scuff marks on walls that needed touching up maybe just to make the overall appearance nicer.
It would be nice if it had a bar area belonging to the hotel and not Ginos as prices were quite high. Breakfast Â£18 but direct with hotel Â£15 and it was worth it to be fair
It would have been even better with a pool

It would have been even better with a pool

The room design.

Would have liked fresh orange juice in the breakfast, and some more non English food. I'm Spanish and I feel like there could be a bit more things, like pancakes, creppes, more fruit. But overall it was still a really good breakfast.
