• Very cozy and clean hotel. It always smells good, it's very well maintained and the owner makes sure everything is in perfect condition. The staff is friendly and ready to help. The rooms have a tv with many channels to choose from some rooms have private bathrooms and some have shared, but there is a sink in the room as well for convenience. various sizes of rooms to choose from. The beds are comfy, warm bedding, and the heating works perfectly. There is a kitchen with plates, utensils, and glasses/mugs available. There is a microwave, toaster and water kettle available for use. The kitchen area has a dining table with 4 chairs, and there is a small but very tasteful living room, with the most comfortable couches and a big flat screen tv, with many channels. Reception is available all day till late evening. The cleaning personnel is amazing and always ready to help if anything is needed, like towels or trash bags etc. Towels and shower gel are provided. The location is great, 40 min walk from the main rail station and city center. Right in the heart if the most ethnic neighborhood in Arthur's Hill/Westgate. Tons of ethnic grocery stores and restaurants within minutes of walk, as well as Asda and Iceland. Bus stop is trght in front of the hotel. Close proximity to the Tyne river and severel parks, as well as to Quayside, Ouseburn and easy access to the wonderful Metrocentre. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book this hotel again in the future, because I know that I will have a pleasant experience.
