  • Upon arriving on the Friday night I was greeted by a very rude and unprofessional hotel receptionist. He made me pay for the room again so now double the amount has been taken from card, also was quite condescending. Breakfast was very overpriced too.

The room was clean and location wasn't too bad

Upon arriving on the Friday night I was greeted by a very rude and unprofessional hotel receptionist. He made me pay for the room again so now double the amount has been taken from card, also was quite condescending. Breakfast was very overpriced too.
